We have just returned home after another wonderful month at Baan Samui Resort, and once again the experience has been absolutely superb.
The fact that we have returned most years since 2018 — only missing the Covid period — probably says everything about how special this hotel is. From the location, atmosphere and facilities to the consistently warm welcome, Baan Samui continues to feel like a second home to us.
What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Without exception, every member of the team provides first-class service with genuine warmth and a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their friendliness and professionalism make every stay memorable.
A very special mention must go to Tan, who continually goes above and beyond and is an absolute delight. Over the years, Tan and many of the staff have become more like friends than simply hotel staff, which is something very rare and very special.
Thank you once again to everyone at Baan Samui for making our stay so enjoyable. We are already looking forward to returning again next year.
