Sadly, this was the first time in my life that I have walked out of a hotel and reserved elsewhere. We weren't expecting much - this is an economy hotel in a sketchy area by an airport - but the condition was pretty much deplorable. The inside and outside of the property were shabby, and the room was in poor condition. The TV didn't work, which I could live with, but the shower didn't drain and the toilet refused to flush. I attempted to call down to the front desk - the phone didn't work. Eventually I talked to the manager who said he was sending someone. After 15 minutes, I opened the door to find a plunger placed in front of it. I was told the person knocked but nobody answered; there was six of us in the room, and not hearing a knock was simply impossible. That was the last straw for me, so I bundled up my family and found a room elsewhere.

First off the rooms are nothing like they have pictured on there website i wanted a smoking room so when i got there it smelled of cigarettes and weed the stinch was to much the walls were disgusting it was like a room for drug heads i didn't feel safe in there so i went and asked for a different room it was alot better but the bathroom toilet ran all night and the bed frame was tin and every time i moved you could here the tin only good thing about my stay was the desk clerk i will never stay or recommend this place very displeased

This hotel was soo run down, dirty, and just felt unsafe. Unfortunately it was our only choice in the area. The breakfast was only partially put out with many things left empty as well as an empty vending machine. The door to our room did not fully seal, so you could see light come through from the outside. Bugs were the norm, the only plus is it had 3 beds to house our whole family!! I would never recommend this hotel, just gross.

The hotel is not like the photos, those photos are surely from the first day they opened when everything was new. The bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom and the room stank, the lighst didnt work. I had to pay another hotel and leave there

The smoke detector had been wrapped in plastic wrap. The room smelled of smoke and there was a burn hole on the comforter. The breakfast area was not well stocked. No butter and milk not fresh. The waffle mix must have been from the day before and was watery and unusable.

Out toiley wouldnt flush and they wouldnt give us a plunger nor send someone to help us . Also peoppe at hotel seemed fangerous and saw two men walking around with guns.

I was leary due to more than a few horrible reviews. It's not the Ritz but it's not that bad either. There's been renovations all be it unrefined still you can tell work was put into the lobby. The room was clean with a new mattress. Toilet was wobbly and I forgot to tell the from desk but I see the hotel responds to most of these. So, hotel rep, the toilet in rm 123 needs attention.

Property was infested to the point a bedbug was lodged between the glass and the picture in a picture hanging on the wall, there was old uncleaned blood mess on the nightstand by the bed and on the wall and floor. Property also charged an additional $50.00 room deposit and another 25.00 pet fee when I reserved a pet friendly room and paid for such thru Expedia. Property staff did not attempt to offer any assistance other than offer another room until calling local authorities and also the health dept was brought up...then of course they were more than willing to reverse charges. Still waiting for them to post back at this time.

I never want to stay there again. The locks on the door didn't function or there were none. The toilet didn't flush properly and the shower was dirty and extremely slippery. The noise outside of the other people staying was super loud. The steel bad frame made sleeping awful.
