From the outside it appearedvery nice, however when we went into the parking lot you could see that the stair wells were blocked off. They were blocked off with cotion tape and the doors looked like they had been beat on with a sledgehammer. Once entering the room there was a strong smell of cigarettes, as well as the door would not shut all the way. We couldnt shower due to the mold and other thing growing in the bathroom, and the microwave had rotting food on the inside. For the other rooms of the people who were with us they were stronger smells of cigarettes, and there was ants in the bed. Would not recommend this as a place to stay!

The motel was very nice, clean, quiet etc., but I made reservations at this motel because it had a jacuzzi and after a long drive I looked forward to sitting and relaxing in the hot, bubbling water, but it was out of order

The staff were amazing. We felt appreciated and having access to breakfast traveling with minors, was a plus. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were hard and we felt every spring, everyones neck and back hurts. Our room was not clean. The floor was incredibly dirty, but we were able to have good access to our room and car. There was many hazardous areas blocked offs. The jacuzzi was closed as well. But we still enjoyed our stay.

My work truck camper was broken into on the second night there. I am not holding the property accountable for this, but want to warn potential guests to watch where/how you park and to use an alarm if possible.

Hotel rooms are clean and nice and real coffee in the room, but breakfast is very poor even coffee is taste like instant coffee they should improve the food.

The property was shut down for "life safety issues" per the local fire department. Of course, I didn't find this out until I rolled up to check in. A simple email to inform travelers with reservations would have been good to let us know we needed to make other arrangements. Good location for what I need in the area, but time will tell if they get it back up and running.

Paid too much for dirty bathroom and pool is out of order after our boys was playing baseball in 95 degree weather all day and couldn’t even cool off, we booked here for that also. We should’ve just stayed at Marriot hotel with our friends and family discount which is same price if we knew the pool is closed.

The walk ways on each floor were FILTHY. Doors and light switches were FILTHY. Window, (glass), was broken with a hole in it. Window was opened and unlocked upon arrival. No hooks, clothes hanging area or towel rack. Shower/tub did not drain. Entry door had 1/2" gap all the way around. Room had stale air of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room.

I requested a non-smoking room. When we entered the room, I had a strong smell of the smoke meaning someone has previously smoked in a non-smoking room. The cleaning Ness of the room was not up to par overall wasn’t the best stay I had. The staff was super friendly. But the rooms need a lot more attention.

Initially , the room that was assigned to us smells with strong bleach and so we talked to the personnel to change our room because we know it will give us headache and other respiratory problems . We are nurses who are having a retreat at the nearby Mt Carmel Catholic Church and so we know what we are talking about .The personnel said that there's no more available room but we insisted and so finally , he gave us a different room .I believe that such a room with strong smell of bleach should not be used by anyone , period .Thank you .

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, lots of seedy looking characters around the property, hotel staff had us waiting a long time at window to check in. The breakfast they provide was just breads and coffee- other guests were complaining in the lobby that morning. Not likely to stay at this hotel again

Filtered my search for hotels with CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST and this was one of the options. I verified my search by reading the specifications of the amenities and it said continental breakfast not grab n go breakfast like packaged oatmeal packed mini muffins etc. Very upsetting

Evidently house keeping is done every day when its a multiple night stay, there is no door hanger to not request housekeeping. Two of our own towels were taken and only one bed was made. We have stayed at hundreds of other hotels and never had housekeeping come in on a multiple night stay. Sink was plugged and would take at least 30 minutes to drain out. toilet was loose on its base.

The hotel is great, as described! The room is spacious (I was solo). There are no hangers for your clothes. A/C unit works great! Very basic yet accommodating. Freeway is nearby, so you will hear cars driving by. Super close to grocery store/shopping center also Starbucks. Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was good (cereal/oatmeal/oj/tea/coffee)!

There were several groups of men from some company that were staying on more than my level . They were playing music out loud and talking loudly outside the rooms this lasted til 2:30AM. I called the front desk around 12:00AM and complained and he went and told them to turn off the music which they did. But the men still continued to talk out loud outside their rooms for 2 more hours. I told the night clerk that they were talking loudly also. It was the worst night of sleep I have had in a long time. Are there any rules for noise after a certain time like 10:00pm?

Small, older rooms, but staff is friendly & on site 24/7! No ‘call this number after hours’ or any other silliness. Pool looked nice. Grounds were clean & safe. Quiet once you get inside your room, but close to the freeway so plenty of outdoor noise.

They did not refund my 1 night stay tho I already ask them before i checked in that il cancel d 2nd night. They told me to ask the third party where i booked which expedia, then expedia keeps calling them about my refund they just ignored. And they did debited anothe 102 on the day i chevked out! And theyre breakfast oh my! I should have known! All BS from rooms to staff to food!

Faucet in first room didn't work, chipping paint, kinda creepy. Second room door didn't lock from outside, noisy, needed upgrading. Sketchy character living next door, drinking beer while in chair in open doorway. Played lloud music which he turned down. Looks like long term rentals there.
Far from my Best Western experiences elsewhere.

I liked that that the staff was very friendly and did what he could to help our stay be comfortable. I didn't like that the pool area was closed and between the 2 rooms that I booked, there was no towels in one room and in the other room the a/c didn't work and there was no shower curtain. The lobby staff took care of everything.
