Staff was friendly and courteous. The room had an odor when we arrived. Mold was present above the shower head. Thin walls, could hear the next door tenant snoring. Bed was not very comfortable and the sheets appeared old and in need replacing. It suited our need for the one night, but will not stay there again.

Property stated it was a non-smoking property, and when we arrived the property smelt like smoke in the halls and throughout the property.In the parking lot there was cars with broken windows and throw-up in the parking lot.Staff was not really friendly or welcoming.Our room however did not smell like smoke but there was nail polish in out bathroom on the counter.

Amenities non existent. No hairdryer, had to ask for kitchen equipment, no inroom coffee, no outside sitting areas, room bare and very basic with no sitting area. No bathroom supplies. Towels old and thin. No in-room maid service. AC very noisy. Overall a terrible hotel. Will never stay at ESA again.

Quiet and clean. Waited at front desk for 15 minutes for check in due to staffing shortage. Parking is well fenced, lighted, and feels secure. You get what you pay for; it’s still a economy, working class room.

It was nice. Construction ongoing during our stay, but was still very quiet. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay after a small issue with the room was brought to their attention.

Ok. But there’s a smell to rooms (I say rooms cause we had someone else staying in a different room & same issue) that was not pleasant had to buy a plug in deodorizer & Lysol. It helped but still not enough.

Wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was a joke. The other hotels close by offer much more. My reservation was messed up and I had to call Hotels.com to get my room that I pre-Paid for.

I stayed here for 3 months and I’ve encountered harassment a number of time from staff. No matter how calm and respectful you are they get short with you they cut you off I’ve witnessed them be in multiple altercations with guest and add people to ‘do not rent’ at least 4x. Never thought it would be me. I switched rooms due to a pipe under the room linking not my fault, next day they told me they would dnr me cause I trashed the room, my 1year old dropped popcorn crumbs on the way out but I had just swept the entire room (carpet). They check our room a few days after that completely invasive & uncalled for especially when my kids found stale half eaten muffin endless amount of dog food. I asked for the broom and Angela acted like she couldn’t give me one unless I rated the hotel on the website. In beginning they were so nice & understood my house hunt situation and paying day to day between 11am-3pm went over 3oclock 1-2x which was forgiven, toward the end of our stay they completely switched up. There was one issue with the payment from their end some glitch where they took my money and said they refunded but I didn’t receive called my bank no refund was processed for days. That transaction set is back given we were paid in stipends. They had no empathy given that it was there fault we still made it work paid but then all of a sudden our payments were too late (same time frame) few days later. They kicked us out and DNR us from this location and vacaville. Just trigger happy

I liked they allowed pets HOWEVER we were not told before we made the reservations an extra $25 a night per pet . The pets areas are not cleaned there is dog poop everywhere and even tough they say they give dog poop bags there were none and the trash cans were flowing over with poop bags and never emptied. The sink in the kitchen was dirty with top ramen or something and the bathroom is so dated and gross I would never take a shower in it. The kitchen is so dated and the burners on the so called stove look like they are from the turn of the century.

When I checked out and looked at my receipt we noticed it had someone else’s name on it. They said they didn’t know how that happened since they clearly had a picture of my ID. They assured me my information wasn’t compromised but I am waiting to see.

We were comfortable; however, the tub in our room didn't drain; the bathroom sink in our daughter's room didn't drain, and the bathroom sink in our son's room had no cold water. The air vents in all of our bathrooms was very dusty. It seems like housekeeping doesn't report maintenance issues or has no mechanism to report issues

I have been to this site often. This time the toilet seat was starting to swivel. All the outlets weren’t working and inconvenienced availability in the room. Nor was the heater working. The remote doesn’t work with the TV to view the guide. The hotel clerk wasn’t knowledgeable about that either. I’ve never experienced this but maybe I needed to book earlier but I needed it at the last minute. I will still book here because I enjoy the area. Hope I have a better experience next time. I was in Rm 228. Thank you.

Check in was quick but then down hill from there. Beds are uncomfortable. Room is outdated. And the room above us was still running around banging on floor at 2:30am. Called front desk twice no answer. Vents full of dust chair is all ripped

The property wasn't manicured, they had they had no pet doggie bags(and that's after I had told them 2 or 3 times), the staff was very rude, they were unhelpful and most ways, and overall it was just a bad stay, they repair or fix any of their doors, sinks, etc. The staff even told me and my wife that we could not be on their property to wait for a cab to come pick us up. They even been tried to say that my wife egged the hotel in the sheriff's were called they looked at the footage on camera and never saw my wife leave the spot where she was out by the curb on the sidewalk waiting for our cab to come.

I have stayed in several Extended Stays primarily in Contra Costa county. The service @ this location w/ extremely good as w/ all E.S I do feel the rooms need to be remodeled, notably worn.

We literally had to evacuate the building because somebody was smoking dope in their room in the front alarm went off there is so much traffic I had to get my kids out of there

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were meth heads wandering the halls and every floor smelled like pee. The room was dirty and the breakfast was a stale muffin or a nuttrigrain bar. Never stay here if you can avoid it.

Staff was fantastic. Accommodating. Friendly. The pool and hottub were hands down the best amenities in the city. The mattresses are horrible uncomfortable. Perhaps im just spoiled by my temperpedic. Nevertheless, the rate was acceptable and the hotel purchases were shockingly low priced! After what my family has been through this single night served us so well. Thank you very much for a greatly needed and relaxing experience.
