The room is small and the pool is not that big due to the number of people swiming in it!! No enough chairs around the pool! The food was fine but not that delicious food! Bad service! I will not stay again in it

the hotel avaiable nor far from beach. about ten minutes walk.It is siuatable for family with children.I think that hotel have problem with staff.in all elevator very dirty but in hotel is very good dinning room.the meal is tasty.

A perfect vacation spot for us.
Great food. Helpful staff.
The fridge didn't work when we arrived and they looked after it within minutes of our call to the front desk.

This place is all inclusive. I did not appreciate being told by the kitchen staff working behind the serving stations how much I could take at 1 time.
Just be prepared for below average food served by a rude staff.
I also did not like that I could not choose my table.
Don't expect much at happy hour or for late night snacks

We had a great stay, the room was clean and the food was fantastic! The only disappointing thing, the pool was not heated. Such a bummer cause we would have loved to gone for a swim with the warm weather.

Hotel may be aged, but this doesn't make the total experience any worse. Very friendly staff, good cleaning, TERRIFIC restaurant (and its staff) and great location.
Not the first hotel I've been to in Eilat, nor the most expensive ("luxurious") one, but the first one I highly recommend. Can't wait to come back in Autumn!

As an All Inclusive resort, it has truly fantastic selection of meals. This includes Olivie salad famius among people hailing from Russia. Room is nice and roomy. There is, however, ongoing repair/renovation work in a hallway, so you occasionally have to walk around a dropcloth covered with plastering dust - thats why I dont give all 5 stars.

I was in town on business and simply needed a clean, quiet room in Eilat for one night. This was not the place. This all-inclusive resort seems to cater more to rowdy tourists than folks who want to mind their own business. The room was tolerable, but was not that clean and lacked in comfort. To make matters more annoying, moments after arriving in my room, someone came into my room to install new curtains (?), then the next morning housekeeping opened my door (at like 8:30am) without even knocking first. At check-out, the receptionist did not ask me about my stay or really seem willing to exchange any words with me. Instead, upon asking for my receipt, he printed it and lazily pushed it across the counter without saying anything. If you're looking for someplace to eat unlimited food and hang out with inhospitable Israelis, then this is the ticket.

Very good choice of food at the restaurant. Even fresh juices for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly return. No complaints !

A few days in Eilat to watch "Israman" (Ironman competition) January is not the warmest month to visit Eilat but we went to watch an amazing competition. We chose to stay at an all inclusive hotel. It was very good value for money, and although not as as luxurious as some of the "big names" was clean and very comfortable. It was near enough to the other hotels and is very convenient for the new "ice mall". This is a new shopping mall with Ice Rink. The staff were friendly and excellent service, plenty of food and drink.

Everyone in the hotel is super nice and will do everything to make sure you are happy!!! I have never experienced such a great treatment in a hotel....
The food is super delicious and a great variety.. the chef....Natty...made sure I know what I can eat and even offered to cook separate food because of my allergy to gluten... will definitely go back there!!!!!

The hotel is a small building and with small lobby, the rooms are so small and the balcony can't afford sitting of two persons, but the bright thing is the amazing staff and there wellness to serve allways smileing!

The buffet was excellent with many abundant choices, and the pool area was nice.The drinks at the bar were included in the all-inclusive package, but the selection was small. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, shopping, and other area attractions.

GREAT OPTION ALL INCLUSIVE STAFF VERY HELPFULL AND KIND, WE JUST HAD A DISAGREEMENT WITH ONE OF THE RESTAURANT MANAGER NAMED AVED HE WAS RUDE WITH PEOPLE GUESTS AND COWORKERS IN FRONT OF EVERYONE HE HAD A NON POLITE ATTITUDE AS ALL THE STAFF DID. BUT AVERALL THE HOTEL IS GREAT 7 MIN WALK TO THE TAYELET/BEACH, FOOD VERY GOOD BUFFET AS LAS VEGAS, IN THE POOL WE HAD SOFT DRINKS, BEER, ICE CREAM AND SOME TIME FRUIT OFFERED BY STAFF, WE HAD A GREAT TIME THE ROOM ITS OK RENWED BUT A BIT UNCONFORTABLE THE BATHROOM.
