I am a disabled military veteran. I went to get in the hot tub it was broke. drunk guest all over the place. My wife and i didnt even stay there.

Lots of things not working. Only 1 elevator, most the jets in the hot tub not working. Soap and tissues ran out, couldn’t find menu on tv remote, limited tv channels.

the only real complaint was that all of the electrical outlets were loose from the walls and the electrical outlet on the night stand was worn out and the plug ins were loose

The air conditioner in the room would not cool sufficiently. The temp outside was in the mid 80's but the air conditioner would not go below 78 so it was really warm in the room.. I spoke to the front desk but no other rooms were available. I went as far as to ask for another Hampton Inn but it was also booked. I also ask if the could get me in a room in another city but they told me that I would be charged.

The faucet in the sink needed new Airiator as it splashed all over the sink when trying to brush my teeth. The shower head needed cleaning as not all holes were working. No water in the room! Other than that was nice.

I live in the town that I chose to get the hotel in. They charged me 125$ in incidentals because I was from the town. Sounds weird to me but, she made it clear that that was the rules!

So impressed with how the hotel handled losing power following a terrible storm. Great room for a great price. No power next day but they still obtained a breakfast to provide. Great service. Apologized for outage numerous times even though it was well out of their control. Longview is a great area to stay in, tons of food and shopping within 5 minute radius.

Comfort bed and did not like the part about the non working Whirlpool. Check them first when you go to your room.

The good was the staff. The bad was the bathroom sink barely drained, one bar of soap, one coffee pod, only 2 towels, tv remote barely worked, and the milk for breakfast came out lumpy. Expected more for the cost of the room. We usually stay at Hampton Inns when we travel, but this one may cause us to consider others moving forward.

The property looks good from the outside… but it is clearly unkept. The hot tub/jacuzzi was not working and had wires showing from the wall. My room was damp and smelled musty. LOTS of things were broken in the room as if we were in a cheap motel. So we went across the street!

ould have saved alot of money and stayed at a motel six at least they are clean. We should have been offered an adjustment on our bill for not getting what we paid for. At least they smiled at us while the ripped us off. But they did not offer an adjustment on on our bill. Tracy

Ram out of toilet paper since initial roll on roller was one soon from empty and should have been switched out prior to check in. Could not get another wash cloth after multiple ask; property needs to invest in buying more.

Had to come back to my hometown due to my father being in the hospital. Had 3 adults total and got a king with a pullout. Checked in and it had no pullout. Girl at front desk, which was so sweet by the way, said the booking was just for the king. So she switched it for me. Bathroom floor was a little sticky, either makeup or stains on a pillow and towels, and a chunk of sheet rock missing from a corner. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Breakfast was decent too!

I specifically booked this hotel for the indoor jacuzzi. We stayed 3 nights and it never worked. When I asked for a discount, the person at the desk said that they would have the manager call me- never got a call. The weekend breakfast was great, however, when Monday morning came, everything was stale. I liked that if you needed housekeeping, that you filled out a card requesting it- very eco friendly. Location of hotel was great.

I admit that I expect a lot out of the Hampton brand and this stay did not meet the expectation. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean but the design is weird as well as the shower makes a noise every time you move. We noticed several soft spots in the carpeting which I am hoping is just that whoever laid the carpet did it wrong because it almost feels like you are going to fall through. One of the elevators was having an issue. You have staff that although they were very nice it was obvious that they had been very poorly trained if trained at all. I would also like to recommend daily towel service if you are not going to clean the rooms daily.

The property inside and out was clean and tidy. The staff was helpful and friendly. Felisha at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay special. Anything you could need from an abundance of restaurants to clothing and grocery stores are all less than 2 miles away.

The only thing we did not like was that the room had a worn look about it, other than that it was super clean, the A/C was cold like we like it on a hot summer day, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

We had a few concerns with the room we were provided, #307, the shower enclosure had mold in various areas and cracks, mold on the soap holder. The grout on the floor tiles was breaking apart. The cabinet holding the refirigerator had a broken door that was no longer there. The service from staff was great, they were very friendly and the food provided for breakfast was tasty.

They gave us a handicap room. The shower floor had large cracks in it. There was black mold all around the edges of the shower. There were large rust stains down the walls of the shower. The comforter and bed skirt looked dirty and crumpled. The wood on the cabinet around the refrigerator was peeled about halfway up. The room was disgusting and if we had another option we would have gone elsewhere.
