This was the worst hotel experience ever — between the hotel and hotels.com. The front desk tried to surprise me with extra fees and I said no and that I couldn’t stay there then. She said she could cancel my reservation but have hotels.com issue my refund. I called hotels.com and the man I spoke to should NOT be in customer service. He claimed he spoke to the hotel and they denied my refund. He argued with me for 30min about not refunding me.

I always like staying at Aloft hotels. Simple, modern design. Although pricey for b'fast sandwiches and pantry items, they make up for it with the happy hour drink prices and dinner menu.

We were there for a cheer competition, the hotel was close by, great area, many restaurants and store close by. Hotel and room was very clean. The only complain is, the restroom in the lobby is close to the elevators, it has a horrible smell, a drain sewer issue, it is deceiving as to what your room will be, room was great, but the smell in the lobby area doesn't make you want to travel to your room.

The gathering space in the lobby was excellent for our crew who was attending the FCS Championship. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Very cramp chick in place front desk no proper food. no breakfast ok place very high price for that place not worth it No bathtub only standing shower. water was cold i will not stay there again too much money for that place not worth it tehre are better places

Amazing stay, they offer a free shuttle within 5 miles. And that by its self saved a good amount on Uber for short look arounds. Felt safe walking around and felt safe walking within that 5 mile perimeter as well. Shops, food, bars, late night $6 Uber to in n out. It was a great stay.

Overall the stay was comfortable. The staff was very friendly! But we only got 1 water bottle for 3 adults. The room was oddly organized. There was not a chair to comfortably sit on only an office chair. There was a bench but it was placed under the TV. So in order to watch the tv we had no choice but to sit on the bed. It was an odd layout. This room would be good for those who only need a room to sleep in.

My recent stay at this property fell short of my expectations for a comfortable experience. I encountered numerous issues during my visit, one of which was the ongoing construction that disrupted my sleep early on a Saturday morning. Additionally, the TV in the bedroom had significant volume issues; even at maximum volume, it was barely audible. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger in the unit. Upon check-in, there was a technical hiccup with the credit card machine, requiring the staff member to kneel down lower cycle the machine. The property was clean, they did let me check in early but given the other drawbacks, I'm afraid I won’t be staying here again.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times and I love it! Very convenient to popular places. Friendly staff, clean, spacious and quiet! 1 min away from a super target, gas station next door and tons of food options less than 2 min away. Not to mention the mall is literally walking distance from the hotel! Great for families!

Quiet, sound proof, many layers of door security, 24 hour helpful and nice staff, no free breakfast, pool isn't open when it is cold (to them). Funny in minnesota it would still be open, but two completely different states.

Our stay was nice and quite. Staff was polite and helpful. Love that it’s dog friendly and easy in and out access for shops near by. Only thing the bathroom sink seemed to be clogged, would not drain properly.
