The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Char at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, clean room, comfortable bed, and wonderful breakfast! We will be back!

On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town.
On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I worried I would be charged for.
