There were some noisy floor mates but overall it was a great stay. Felt safe and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Place looked and smelled very clean.

Very clean and nice updates, showers had great water pressure and beds slept very well! Hotel staff were very exceptional especially Fred. The breakfast bar stayed fully stocked and the cleaning ladies were top tier!!!

Room air condition did not work. Was told it was “motion activated”. Strange because you don’t move when you sleep. Middle of night room was hot. Never again.

This was the perfect place to stay to visit a Navy buddy and his family who live in Gonzales and go to the World War II museum in New Orleans. Breakfast in the mornings were great and the staff always helpful.

The bed and pillows are very hard. We ran out of tissue because new rolls had not been placed in the room. The complimentary breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 but they stopped bringing food out at 9. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to different floors several times. I just had higher expectations from this hotel.

Rooms were not clean and had to wait a long time at the reservation desk to checkin. Breakfast had a lot of options, that we would rate highly. We were not made aware that the pool was not open before we got there.

The staff were super nice, the room was clean, breakfast was included and the parking was convenient. The only negatives were that there was no creamer for coffee with breakfast and there are so many lights in the room and in weird spots that we spent 5 minutes searching for the switches, which is only a slight inconvenience.

Room cool. Beds comfy. Housekeeping folks did great job! 2Q Room was small compared to other motels. Bathroom was very tiny. With two people the room was hard to navigate.

Great location , great staff . The only thing I didn’t like was I asked for extra towels since there was 6 of us we only received 4. Then the next day I ask for some and was told housekeeper will bring them up they came to my room pulled all the towels didn’t leave us any didn’t pull our trash at all. When I went down stairs at night time to ask for towels they didn’t have any no even for the pool.
