3rd time staying, staff is great, all day coffee is welcome. The only issue is the outside grounds and building need better maintenance, give it a better overall appearance.

The hotel is about 5 minutes from Bradley. I arrived at 11 pm and waited only 5 or 10 minutes for the shuttle. This is a typical Springhill with a large room. The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast is a typical Springhill breakfast with a mixture of hot and cold items.
My only complaint is with the shuttle pick up to the airport. I signed up for a 9:55 am pick up. At 10:10, I asked the desk if the shuttle was on the way. They called and then the shuttle arrived 5 minutes later. It is a contract service.

Clean well maintained hotel. Staff was polite and helpful. Free shuttle to and from the airport. The only complaint was the shower door, although rooms looked remodeled the door seal strip needs to be replaced. It had signs of mold and didn't keep water from leaking. Other than that everthing was great!
