We had Superior Room Ocean View, it was a surprise split level room, we loved it, it was clean, spacious, modern well kept room.

If you like cold showers in the morning in the morning, this is your hotel. Four days and four cold showers. Complained but nothing happened. During dinner rat, not mouse, ran across the floor. After waiting for dinner over an hour, we left. Second and last time we are staying at this hotel.

Novotel Nha Trang was awesome to stay at. The room we had looking over the ocean was impressive, having the doors open on the balcony listening to the waves were amazing. The hotel was close to all the bars and restaurants you would like to drink or dine at. The room was clean and staff were great. Would stay at this hotel and will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for an amazing stay in Nha Trang.

Check in process was quick and easy. Staffs were eager to help. Giving the building is a bit dated and can’t beat the location. Breakfast was good and a lot of options to chose from.

It was close the the firework, quite convenience. However, the breakfast and service was horrible. We waited forever to get the table clean. Plates and silverware wasn't available. Staff was cleaning and taking plate and fork with dirty hand. Wiping off table with dirty towel. It was unsanitized.

Everything is perfect to get excellent scores, but failed to keep me in the same room with the same prize to extend my staying for 9 days. For that reason, I have move to December hotel which makes me feel better

Straight opposite the beach. Stayed on 15th floor with views South along the main rd & beach. The boulevard runs the full length of the beach & is beautiful plus a shady area to walk.

Great service from the staff, delicious breakfast buffet. Room was gorgeous, although the bed was a little uncomfortable, two singles pushed together with a seam down the middle, not a true king. No WiFi at the pool, which was too small for proper swimming, around 7m maybe? Acoustics meant the 10th floor whistled with wind all night. Staff were lovely.

I stayed at Novotel Nha Trang for 4 days, and it was a good decision. The room was spacious and clean. Thanks to the upgrade, I enjoyed a beautiful view of ocean. Every staff, especially receptionists, was so kind and supportive. When I had a tiny issue with a taxi driver, receptionists helped me to solve it. Breakfast was good, I especially recommend chicken noodle soup and milk coffee. Also, novotel offers sunbeds at the nearest ocean without charge. Lastly, the location of hotel is quite good, so you can travel most places by walking and occasionally taxi. I would like to stay hotel again if I have a chance in the future.

Service was amazing, price great & location also good. Only downside was renovations happening in the hotel which we were not warned about. This is a personal dislike, its happened to me previously in other hotels & I feel its deceitful not to declare this up front. We had to wait to check in (our fault, arrived early), it was raining & we couldn't sit in the pool area as the noise due to renovations was deafening. Otherwise, would highly recommend

Amazing staff! Very nice people! I would really like to thank them for their kindness! What I didn't like: The rooms are clean and the staff tries their best to clean everything! But! The hotel. Is quite old and neads a deep cleaning! The dining room is not very clean. Especially the windows are dirty and the curtains are filthy and disgusting! I could see the cigarette stubs on the rooftop and the food leftovers on the curtains and food stains on the couch in the lobby! I've had higher expectations from Novotel where I pay nearly 100 USD per night! The kindness of the staff helps a lot but can't save everything Thank you

I have been stayed at Novotel for a couple time at different location, overall their service is excellent. I have nothing to complain. Everyone are very professional and excellent customer service. Some are even go over there ability to help customers like Hoa at the reception, Man at bar and restaurant, Ha and Y at security and drive. It’s a pleasure to stay at Novotel.
