Lotion and bath soap were empty. No good for a $200+ night stay.

The staff was excellent, the room, lobby were very clean. The only complaints I had was the mattress’s were very uncomfortable and the body wash container was empty. Other than these 2 dislikes everything else was great. The kids loved the breakfast but were disappointed because the pool was being cleaned and was out of service.

Comfortable beds and a clean, quiet hotel. Breakfast options were decent - a couple egg options, waffles, yogurt and cereal. Would definitely stay here again.

Half of my room did not have electricity. One associate stated he could not operate his television, either. For Albuquerque, I paid a high rate and I am not sure why. Search for other options.

Night front desk staff very attentive and friendly. Hotel room was nice. Day shift front desk staff seemed to spend most of their time out front on a smoke break.

In general, this is a lovely place to stay. They were cordial and they even gave us (the early balloon fiesta people)a bag of goodies to take with us. The only complaint I had is that the shade in the room was stuck and wouldn't go down. I reported that to the manager who promised quick attention to the issue. Three days later, I left to return home and it wasn't yet attended to.

The toilet didn’t flush properly, the shower was a handicapped shower and the shower curtain was too short, the bathroom ended up flooding. The ac switch was loose on the wall and buttons didn’t work properly as well.

Our stay was awesome! Only downfalls were that the faucets in the bathroom were interesting to use, either installed backwards or too much water pressure, but we made it work! Also the floor in the pool area is a death trap, it never dries, so its always slippery, even with shoes on! (We saw a couple of kids fall when walking!) Other than that, everything else was great! Breakfast was FANTASTIC and DELICIOUS! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Old coffee bag in coffee machine. Room had a sweet perfume smell. Bed was sunken and squeaky.

Hated the handicap shower. Curtain too short. Had to wipe off the bathroom floor 4 feet out from the edge of the shower. Slipped and nearly fell. No hot water in the sink. No variety in breakast. No breakfast meats.

Worst-designed room I've ever seen. Despite the room's being enormous, the bed was shoved up to within 12 inches of the air conditioner, for maximum noise and discomfort from fan. No night table or lamp on that side of the bed. Room had a sofa, but the lamp there was too dim to read by. Curtain cords hard to reach in narrow space between window and closet. No openable windows. Ugly color design.

This property is new and looks like a classy place upon entering. Lot's of room to lounge and visit. The breakfast buffet is a bonus. Just do it!

We always love staying at a home 2! For the most part the standard is always the same no matter the age of the hotel. We will stay here again. Breakfast was fantastic! Only issues we had is when we first got there our room smelled a little in the bathroom and there was a gross stain on the toilet seat. We cleaned it up ourselves and everything else was clean. The shower head leaked alit. You had to get it just right to stop.
