Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Snacks and coffee/tea included in room. Hotel has a rooftop that you can hang out in as well. Walking distance to lots of things to do, which was very convenient.

Super nice workers, close to pike place and all the other attractions, great service. It was only 15 seconds away from the bus stop! I was very grateful that they kept our stuff before/after check-in/out since we didn’t have a car.

Hotel was nice, especially for the price. Staff were friendly and room clean and tidy (though it had a slightly funky smell when I arrived so I had to open the window to air out. Be aware of the area this hotel is in if you are from out of town. Belltown is fairly safe during the day but it is another world at night. It is like night of the living dead outside after dark. This is not in a neighborhood where you will be taking an evening stroll. Too many homeless and addicts for that. I knew what i was getting into but a visitor to Seattle may be unaware of this issue.

Great retro-style hotel, in the heart of Seattle! Loved the rooftop patio. We were there for a Canucks/Kraken game and it was an easy walk to the arena.

Can't beat the location, price and super courteous and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable, the morning coffee in the lobby was exceptional and the rooftop overlook was a special bonus. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the waterfront area of Seattle!

Located across from the Regrade Park dog park and on the pedestrian-friendly Bell Street, making it super easy to walk to downtown, Belltown, and beyond! Incredibly friendly staff greeted us as we entered and were very helpful in getting us checked in. The courtyard-facing interior room was very quiet and comfortable, though on the smaller side (two people and two suitcases are a little tight.) The surrounding area has definitely run down over the years, but it felt very safe as we walked around at night to find dinner and go to the Crocodile for a show.

I had stayed here before and was happy to return when I needed a place to stay for a quick overnight. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room had everything you need. Since I arrived late, I especially appreciated the bag of cheez-its.

It was a very nice hotel. We stayed for one night and the hotel made everything really easy and comfortable for us. We will stay again for sure. The area around the hotel is a little bit sketchy but the hotel takes safety measures like locked the front doors at 10pm every night.

The king room was cramped to walk around the bed or move the desk chair. Really didn't have much space open luggage. The bed was comfy, clean and housekeeping available. Coffee in lobby and tables to hang out at. Staff was great. Close options for food. Dog park across the street. I was asked for money multiple times, then someone opened my car door when I was in it, in the middle of the day in lot and tried to sit! Not the hotels fault, a sign of the times.

I just got back from my Seattle trip and I stayed at Belltown Inn for 4 days 3 nights. I am blown away by my outstanding experience at this place! When I booked this hotel, I had low expectations since their rate is way lower compare to nearby hotels but as soon as I checked in, I was immediately impressed with the attentiveness and friendliness of the front desk folks. The hotel is not super fancy but it is cute, & very clean. my room was immaculately clean, no funky smell, has a kitchenette (sink, small fridge, drip coffee maker and microwave) thats stocked with coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, and crackers which was amazing. The bathroom had fresh thick towels a clean and to my surprise, they also provided toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash, lotion and even make up remover. There is also a wall mounted hair dryer. The room also has a cable tv, safe, iron and ironing board. The bed is king size and i love the crisp clean sheets and the amazing pillows. Also worth mentioning is the ac unit! I love that’s easy to operate and i love the mode that you can have the fan on continuously. The view from my room is also nice as it faces the city. It was nice watching the snow falling from my room. The hotel is safe, the front desk is always staffed and at night, there was a security personnel after 10 pm who made sure no unwanted people comes in. The area is very central and you can walk everywhere. Alot of bars and restaurants nearby. Love this place!

The location is very good, the public transportations are convenient, instead a few of homeless people are around here, though I do not feel unsafe. The price is decent. However the cleanness of the room was not that much satisfied, because there was a receipt (definitely not mine)in the carpet. Overall, I recommend here to those who don't want too much money for stays.

First time visiting Washington and the hotel was very convenient to everything we were able to do. Visited 5 attractions that were walking distance. It was raining a couple days and they provided umbrellas and the option to rent a bike if desired. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Great hotel overall. Room was clean and comfortable. It came with two sinks - one in bathroom and one in the kitchenette. Service was wonderful and they provided some complementary tea and snacks in the room. Hotel has free bike/helmet rental and even a cute roof top seating area. Bus stops are located right across the street. One con is that the few blocks of 3rd Ave adjacent to the hotel can get sketchy.

This was a great stay for us in downtown Seattle. The front desk staff was amazing and super helpful with recommending local establishments, and also giving us directions to the ferry terminal. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay, quiet. Walking distance to a lot of things, great places to eat. Would stay again hands down, great time. Simple comfy room, not a lot of bells and whistles, but we don't look for that or require it. Just a safe comfy place to sleep at night. Staff were amazing as well.
