Location. Right next to the REM train. If you take the train from the airport it takes you right to the hotel. Room is tight but clean. Staff was really friendly and breakfast was great.
Room was a bit hot but from my understanding most places in Paris don’t have AC

The staff are so accomodating - Hadi ( night shift), Gabriel, & the nice older gentleman ( unable ro get his name) also in the morning shift.
The elevator is too small. There is no other way to get down other than the elevator in the 4th floor in case of a fire.

The location - literally around the corner from a train stop. 24 hour manned front desk. The proximity to the restaurants. The buffet breakfast- pastries, yoghurt, bread, 3 types of granola, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice.
Although it is in a great location for the train our room faced the front -you are on two main streets and near a hospital so there are constant sirens. This does die down during the night but even through the double glazing you can hear some of them. Our room was quite compact - not sure if you can book larger and had a kettle, cups and some tea but this never got replenished so we only had chamomile left.
