Great Location, friendly staff, loads of magazines. Decent breakfast.

Furniture though stylish was cheap and some of it broken or worn in places- makeshift solutions in bathrooms - visible wood shims and unfinished trim. Super noisy - not soundproof rooms- couldn’t manage the room temperature.

Location is wonderful, very suitable for airport travelling, stuff is super friendly and responsive, clean and quiet in room.

Comfortable stay with a spectacular view of the city

The location is perfect for everything. The staff was very friendly. I received a room with a gallery which was perfect.

The pictures put on the site did not match! The rooms were ok but again did not match the pictures on site. The site said parking is available on site but there isn’t and is opposite the hotel in a very small space. I did not enjoy my stay the bed was not comfortable and it was noisy.

Great stay!

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The room had everything we needed, and the little elevator was great as I didn't need to carry my heavy luggage up any stairs! I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this place again if I were to visit Paris again.

The bathroom didn't have a drain to drain the water spillage from the shower.

I liked the location and the size of the twin room.

When checking in the receptionist didn’t notify us that breakfast wasn’t included in the price- or actually say much apart from this is your room key and room number. So they charged us for multiple days of breakfast, for the two of us, even though I hadn’t been down to breakfast once during my stay- and my partner had only had it once. They only notified us upon checkout for these extra charges.

lovely area and good hotel

Perfect location, metro outside the door, really nice area full of shops and restaurants just next to Luxembourg Park and walking distance to Notre-Dame. comfortable and clean room, lovely staff and also has a lift. would definitely return!

breakfast not included in the price and it would have cost 14 euro per person - we chose to go to the bakery instead

great location, friendly staff and near metro.

Great location. walking distance to most sights. many shops and restaurants just outside. metro stop outside the door. super friendly guy at reception daytime. did not have breakfast so no comment on that but delicious croissants nearby. affordable district.

the room was like a sauna and it was only february. small room. no ventilation in the bathroom = super moist in the room. handwashed some clothes and they did not dry on our 3-4 night stay.

I would certainly stay here again.

I was in room 52. The room had a great balcony. The staff was responsive and polite. I was very comfortable. I would stay here again. This is a great value.

Very good

Location is great, close to all the tourists attractions and 2 min from RER station, ideal to get to the airport. It is allowed to leave the luggage at the hotel after checking out if your flight is in the evening. The room is equipped with all necessary things.

Smell of tobacco in the room, I’m afraid many guests smoke in the rooms though it is prohibited. The size of the room is small, just to have rest after long day out.

The staff is very very helpful. The location is perfect. The room is typically as what I reserved. Really thank you for everything. I’ll repeat it again with my kids soon inshallah 🌸

No option for breakfast, but it will be included in future, problem with septic, water remained in bath and when somebody used shower, it was noisy

A warm, no nonsense hotel in a good area. All you need for a short stay

A good, clean, no-nonsense hotel in a good part of central Paris. Very close to a metro station. Room was small, but with a comfortable well-equipped ensuite bathroom and the whole hotel was very warm keeping the bitter cold of February Paris at bay. The room's big, double-glazed window overlooked a busy intersection and classic corner brasserie and from our high vantage point it was pleasant to watch the cars and chic Parisian passers-by going about their business.

The lift was broken, and lugging a family's worth of luggage up and down six floors was no fun at all. We particularly disliked that the breakfast was listed at 10 Euros on Booking, but when we asked for breakfast we were curtly informed that it was 12. "But it is 10 on Booking" we protested. The lady implacably replied "breakfast is 12" Annoying.
