Cleaning staff had a very nasty cough, kept making hacking noises as they were making their way through the other rooms. The pool has a very rough bottom resulting in cuts and abrasions on the bottom of my children's feet.

It was great aside from the people walking around at breakfast in their pajamas and Managment would not do anything about the guy in just an under shirt, underwear and socks. At least he had on flip flops

Clean hotel, staff was nice, pool area was great for kids but it definitely needed to be cleaned and less chlorine. Rooms were clean but beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The biggest bummer was how dirty the pool was. The children enjoyed it and the waterslide, but the water was dirty and there was a lot of sand in the pools.

Nice hotel, but understaffed which is the new normal. No housekeeping service during stay. Had to ask front desk for towels and toilet paper. But I will say tye front desk staff was very courteous and prompt with requests.

We had a wonderful stay at the AmericInn in Fargo. The front desk staff was excellent! The hotel is clean and very quiet at night. We had our dog with us and there were lots of walking areas around the hotel. We will be back!

The hotei was very nice and the staff was very friendly. I did see some used tissues or crumpled paper in the hall, not the hotels fault . Overall the stay was very good.

The room was nice. Only complaints would be that the fan in the bathroom did not work and the door handle on the bathroom door was broken.

Great stay! Hard to find hotels with jacuzzi tubs in the rooms these days plus an electric fireplace! Clean and large rooms, only disappoint is that the rooms are not sound proof enough. You can hear everything around your room, especially if other guests kids are loud. It wouldn’t be bad if it was muffled but it was so clear in all directions.

Hotel was nice. We stayed here at the same time as a children’s hockey tournament, so the night time hours weren’t very quiet. Kids in the hallways at midnight slamming doors and a dog in another room was barking. Not the hotels fault though. Pool is 3 1/2 feet deep at its deepest so it was perfect for our young children. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The rooms were very large, which was nice. Not super quiet, as the hotel was booked and there were lots of kids. One elevator...we used the stairs a lot. The pool is fairly small, and not that inviting. Kids loved the breakfast, it was okay for adults. They are updating the rooms, the doors were new and so was the paint. Bedding could be nicer, but overall a good basic hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in a suite at this property very much. The rooms were unusually spacious with comfortable furniture. Several families were celebrating the holidays politely and spiritedly throughout our stay. Everyone was courteous, and staff went out of their way to accommodate for all our guests. I highly recommend this place for families. It has a good pool with a slide and very accessible and safe for children of all ages to enjoy. The rooms were fairly quiet at night given the festivities going on throughout the evening that ended before 11 pm.

So many things went sideways with this stay. Not sure what all was going on. With the high feedback they have I am completely shocked with my experience. When I arrived it was late in the evening. I got my room card and left right away to go get some food. When I came back I went to the room they gave me and opened the door….. Guess what?? There was a family with a dog in that room already. Sooo back to the lobby I went with my bags and food. Waited for something to help me out and got another room which was right next to the door of the pool. So for most of the night I heard the door slam, kids yelling and people laughing and talking load. Then finally time to shower, well with the tub/shower still dirty. Hair in the tub, old soap and hair on the soap/shampoo bottles in the shower that was gross. Okay morning, let’s go try the breakfast. There was either a dance troupe or cheerleading competition in town so there was no way to get into the pancake/waffle area. So I went for the eggs and sausage. Well the eggs were actually watery and the sausage was cold and still partially frozen. So I threw it away and told the front desk. The entire stay was honestly horrible. I can not recommend this place at all.

We found a used dental pick on the floor in our room. The shower curtain was barely hanging on the wall. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The rooms were outdated and dark. Not enough lights and not enough plug ins for phone chargers.

We only stayed 1 night instead of 2 and the manager stated she would give me my money back for the 2nd night, but it has not come thur my account yet. The bed sheets had stains on them. Not impressed.

The condition of our room was far from acceptable. The shower curtain rod was hanging out the wall, discoloration on the ceiling and running down the bathroom walls. The screen of the window had a tear about 6 inches long and 2 inches wide. Our tv remote was even missing the back cover for the batteries. Coming into the hotel everything is nice, new & expected the same condition in our room. We stayed for 2 nights and did not receive any maid service & when we went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper we were they didnt have any. Went back to ask on the next shift and was able to get a roll. The city inspector showed up the morning after checking in & closed the hot tub for use due to unsafe chemical levels. Overall very disappointed with our stay

Checked in to a room with a pull out sofa. We had a flat sheet and a blanket. No pillows and told they're out. Said we should use the sofa pillows.
