The check-in process was very smooth and staff friendly and helpful. But when I got into my room, I was unable to connect to the WIFI because they gave me the wrong network name to connect to. I tried to call the front desk, but the room telephone was out of service. When I went back to the desk, they gave me the correct WIFI info, opened a ticket to get the telephone serviced, and apologized profusely. My WIFI was fine once I returned to my room.
Other than that opening experience, the rest was excellent. The hotel location right at the gorgeous Antwerp Central Station was convenient, the room was well designed, maintained, and had a wonderful, large bathroom. And the breakfast was exquisite, including its location with a spectacular huge window view of the train station.

This was a great location close to transportation and near a Church and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and we slept very well here. The only thing was that there was no coffee maker and only instant coffee. But, this place was still an excellent choice for us.
