We stayed there for 2 nts. After the first nt we noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned or made up. We phoned down and they told me housekeeping is upon request only. No one said anything when we checked in. By then house keeping staff had all left and all they can do is give us towels. They should make sure the front desk mention it when we checked in

This was absolutely a terrible experience. I booked the room for my son's birthday. So he could go swimming in an indoor pool and work out at the fitness center. upon arriving at the hotel was informed they do not rent to locals and because my Driver's license. Was the same town as the hotel they canceled my reservation.

We really liked staying here. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable! The downside was the hot tub..it was green and the pool area was not clean.

The hotel was ok, and the staff treated us pleasantly but not overly friendly. We found the room spacious and clean, even the jacuzzi tub. My only complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable, and the fitted sheet was loose and kept coming off the bed. We asked if it could be replaced but it didn't happen.

We stayed 3 nights over the New Years weekend. The facility was nice & very clean. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever encountered. Parking areas were clean and well lit, our group had 4 Trucks pulling trailers and there was plenty of room. My only complaints would be our King mattress was very hard and clearly broke down and the pool/hot tub area & water was very musty smelling.

Some common areas were quite dirty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in awhile (pool area bathroom and the workout room both had spider webs and dead bugs). Workout equipment was broken and about half of it unusable. Beds were terribly uncomfortable.

Checked in went to dinner came back to the room went swimming went to room took shower laied in the bed and a cockrouch climed up my wifes leg when we were laying down so you can imagine how that went called desk all the could do was switch us rooms okay will do that at 1030 at night get in the other room turn heater on stinks like dead animal need less to say our relaxing evening at the hotel was a mess

Everything was good. Check in was great, the room was perfect. However breakfast the next morning the lady was rude when i asked if there was anymore milk for the cereal. She snapped at me and said "im only one person ill get it In a min." So i went to the front desk and that lady left and went in kitchen to get somemore. I had my 3 grandsons that were wanting their cereal.

We had some minor little bugs by our bed, some were dead and alive. They were NOT bedbugs. It wasn't such an issue that we complained, but it did make us take pause for a moment. The pool was a little murky and did not look very clean and fresh, which deterred me from swimming. The hot tub was great. There is a deep step down that other guests may need to be made aware of when entering or exiting or perhaps a step stool can be placed nearby for use. Overall the staff and facility were great and the price is extremely reasonable. I would stay there again.

We were impressed with this hotel. We stayed there traveling to Texas and a week later coming home from Texas.Our stay there was the best hotel experience we had, hands down. The hotel was full both nights night we stayed. But, there was absolutley no surrounding noise. The rooms were very sound proof and very clean. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. I would recommend this particular hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hot Springs Arkansas.

The people & staff were extremely friendly & prompt to take care of any issues. I want to preface with that. We did have a dirty pair of underwear left in our room by a previous guest, but the staff were prompt & thorough in taking care of that for us to our satisfaction. There was also an ant problem in our room. We woke up one morning to hundreds of ants swarming on the night stand & they had come out of the outlet. We saw men spraying in the hallway the next day so they were prompt in thanking care if that. The bed was clean, but unfortunately it was super uncomfortable. We had a king sized bed & they had put a pillow topper on it but the pillow topper was for a full sized bed & was only in the center of the king rather than the whole size of the bed. Other than this, we were satisfied with our stay & enjoyed the hot tub in the room immensely.

Elevators are very slow. Location is very good. Close to good restaurants, shopping and next door to St Vincent’s hospital.

We needed a hotel close to Hospital for a next day appointment. We have stayed here before and it was very nice. This time I found it not quiet as great as before, the coffee maker was extremely dirty black with residue so we didn't use it. The pool area the pool was not to bad typical cleanliness the hot tub the water was green and we got in and right out smelled of urine it needs drained and cleaned. I should have told the front desk the next morning but didn't decided to do a review so others could see. On the plus side the bed wa very comfortable and the bathroom was very clea.

This facility is clean and legit owned by Americans and not a name hidden behind foreign ownership that don't meet expected standard... We arrived after 3pm on 09/04/23. Our room was ready check in was a breeze the front desk clerk had our info and key already filed waiting on my arrival. I loved that. She was also knowledgeable about my stay and needs. Breakfast was good I thoroughly enjoyed the red velvet waffles.

For the most part, our stay was good. But the bed was rockhard, and the hot water for the Jacuzzi tub didn’t get very hot which was the main reason we booked that particular room.
