We loved our stay here clean and comfortable. The most amazing staff always helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Property was okay even though the facilities were quite out dated. While we were there the poolbar was under maintenance for 4 days and the kitchen had a limited menu for 4 days and we were told via a letter stuck to our room door the night before. Staff are great

Our stay at Club Raro was a bit disappointing. With not a great choice of places to eat outside the hotel it was inconvenient that the kitchen was closed for a few days and only pizzas and snacks were available. The staff were very nice but the whole complex could do with some updating and some TLC.

Pros: Food and beverages were made with love. All food was delicious as were the cocktails and drinks. Staff were AAA couldn’t fault their friendliness and exemplary customer service. Very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. The resort continues to be the renovation stages and there are some lovely bright areas. Cons: Our 1st room no3 should not be used as a guest room. It is dark, no natural light and like a cave. We asked to be changed to a more suitable room and this was done without question by the manager on duty Ben. He also gave us some wifi, much appreciated. There was no tv service. I know we don’t go away to watch tv but there is down time and to be able to relax in your room or have some down time a tv is appreciated. The pool bar was closed for 3 days during bf our stay. A major choice for us to stay her was the pool bar feature. The restaurant closed for meals and it was snack menu only for our remaining 3 days, this also included a reduced breakfast that was already very minimal. One day while at the pool me. With chainsaws came and trimmed all the coconut trees. We were not advised of this, there was debris, sawdust, coconuts hitting the ground and quite and unsafe environment. Loved the adult only aspect made some great new friends and loved the staff. Unsure if we’d return again. The beach is also almost unusable and it’s more than the 5 minute walk to town that had been mentioned.

It was nice to get in early after 24 hours of ugly travel. Loved the ocean front room! However, our unit was not cleaned well. There was long black hair that stuck to my husband’s feet and neither of us has black hair or long! The sink and counter, made of glass, which is cool, in the bathroom needs attention…it slants down, coming out of the wall, looks like it’s been leaned on. The sink wasn’t put in level and the faucet doesn’t have the screen on it so if you turn the water on it sprays out of the bowl sink. The door inside the bathroom is dirty around the handle and the floor is dirty in the corner behind the door. But a nice stay for one night%

Quite expensive for what it was. Rooms were lovely, bur bathrooms quite dated and alot of old mold in the silicone etc. Quite musty and damp sue to humidity. I didnt think it was worth what i paid. When my friends paid less for an entire Villa at another resort which was 4star
