This was a perfect hole in the wall. A+ For budget friendly with breakfast and a pool/hot tub. Long term motel residents were super friendly and helpful.

I guess it all depends what you're looking for:
I would rate this as a decent two-star hotel for the following reasons:
Parking right in front of your room, adequate size room with hard floors, Good location very affordable. I make my own breakfast so I can't speak about the free breakfast but I heard that it was included with the room.
This is one of the older motels in St. George. The beds are a little firm for me. If you're looking to impress your wife or girlfriend, you might want to move up to a three star. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced motel and you're not too picky about beds, this place is a good choice.
