All the staff were so kind, friendly, and respectful. The shuttle going to/from the train station was amazingly helpful. The breakfast was wonderful especially the boiled eggs which my daughter loved.

Yes definitely convenient to take A38 bus to airport. The concierge is very helpful to explain to me how to get to the airport. The receptionist, Christine Chou is very pleasant and welcome me at the front desk. Surely, I will come again in the future.

We left our AirPods in the room and the staff kindly notified us in time. The room was clean and staff was very helpful!
