Highly overpriced rooms, definitely not worth the money being charged. The hallways have a pungent odor and the hot tub was not working. If I could give them a zero star I would. The customer service needs some work.

The smell walking through the front door is the first sign. Then it took forever to get into our room. Once we got in the pullout couch was disgusting with dirt, hair, and no telling what else. Also, no pillow or blanket in the room for the pullout which means another long trip to the front desk with one worker. Also, the fridge didn’t work and smelled terrible. Used dirty wash clothes hanging on the shower.

This vital tell is in need of a good pest control for roaches. Housekeeping needs to be followed up on as they seeming did not change the sheets and dog poop was left behind.

When I went to check in, the clerk was on the phone on a personal call. I had to wait for 10 minutes before he hung up. He then immediately picked up his cell phone to text. He was rude during the whole check in process.
We had a room on the 3rd floor, the flooring in the hallway was so soft like we could fall through at any given time.

The Place is clean and nice but we stay for three days never had maid service and had to get more towel . ot a big surprise when checking in the wanted a %50. deposit, After paying 2 day ahead in advance I would not think they need a deposit this is the first time in many of Hotel stays it been 5 days and I still haven't seen a refund '

Caulk around bath moldy. No daily housekeepers although you could get towels from the front desk. Front desk guy was awesome checking in and out!!

I’ve stayed at this location several times before and always had a great experience, even in the middle of their remodel. This time not so much. The location is good, and the service is decent (not friendly and helpful as it was previously), but that’s where it ended for me. First, we were put right by the elevator and there’s zero noise control near the door. I heard the pinging of the elevator at all hours of the night, along with all conversations of people coming and going from the elevator. This was especially nerve wracking because there was no locking mechanism on the door, just the sliding lock. The sink sprayed water everywhere. The remodel is basically just a refresh and the new floors were sticky and gross in the room so I left my shoes on the whole time. And lastly, there was a party going in the room next door and when I called to ask for support from the front desk around midnight the partying just got louder. I basically haven’t slept at all between my partying neighbors and the constant elevator noise. This was not the experience I was expecting based on my previous trips. I definitely will not be back.

It was overall an O.K. stay for 2 nights. The building is nice and you can tell has been renovated. There was a lot of the chlorine smell in the lobby due to the indoor pool. Breakfast was OK. It was a bit bothersome for me that there was no fan in the bathroom.
I was very excited to see that house keeping did come and make our bed, left us more towels and toiletries for our second night stay. That was without asking! So that was a huge plus for me!

The plumbing didn't work and previous customer's trash was left in the 1st room given. The front desk changed the room immediately. The 2nd room was better but the bathroom still had the previous customer's old soap in the bathtub. Worked for the night but will not be staying there again.

The first room we went to smelled so strongly of lysol we had to change rooms. Second room was fine. While the pool was nice, the hot tub was filled with foam.

Our house flooded & we needed somewhere to rest for the night while repairs/cleaning takes place. Checked in only to find our room was disgusting! Dirty towels in bathroom, full trash bin in closet, broken furniture, no extra blanket, & hair within the sheets on the bed. Brought the desk attendant to the room to show him what we encountered. Requested a new room. This was something that we believed should’ve been automatic since he witnessed the uncleanliness himself. We were met with hesitation & told we had to wait because he had to text the manager for permission first. OMG! Really?? I said to him. After waiting some time for a reply from his manager, we were finally accommodated with a new room. Did a room check. & thankfully it was clean! Not the experience we hoped for after everything we had just gone through with our house flooding.

Upon walking in you could tell this facility was not the cleanest. Floors and carpet were not clean, the smell was musty through out the entire place and in our room. The air unit was so loud we hardly could rest. This place used to be up to par but note it’s just not up to par. The mirrors and the doors in the room itself were filthy the floor not vacuumed it could definitely use some improvement and housekeeping.

Alex and Vanessa were very rude and inconsiderate. I tried checking in at 2 with an early check in but was tols they do not offer that by Vanessa, and to come back at 3. We were visiting my neice since she was having a rough time. I only wanted to show her a good time. When we came back at 3, I was told to have a seat for 30 minutea because they were doung a shift change. When I was finally allowed to check in, they said my neice was not allowed to stay with us, because the rooms were only for 4 people. It was me and my husband, 2 children, and my neice who is a child. They wanted me to pay for another room. I ended up taking her home after they went swimming. After we finally checked in we put our things in the room and left the room. Another patron informed they found bed bugs in their room which was room 106 and we were in 210. As i was checking the room, we found drugs and trash all behind the bed, like they never clean and their was alcohol in the fridge. It was diagusting. Then to top it off i signed for $50 deposit and they had took out $60. I tried to resolve that by letting them know of the clerical error and show my transactions from my bank, only to be told i was lying. This place is horrible, filthy and the staff lacks customer service. Will never go back and suggest everyone else to stay away

My stay at this LaQuinta was not a good experience. The fire alarm was super loud at 12:05 am and woke us all up. We had to evacuate until fire department cleared the alarm. Then after returning to our room, the alarm started going off again. After this it was very hard to get back to sleep, as we didn’t know what to expect next? Overall horrible experience, first ever of this sort.

the bathroom had molds and there was no hot water to take a shower. Tried to have coffee at breakfast, it was empty!

There is no hot water in the hotel. The heater and phone were broken in our first room, we were moved to a second room where the heater and phone are also broken. It’s 11 degrees outside and we do not have hot water or heat. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Waited over 30 minutes for one of them to come check the heater and had to go down to the lobby to get them. Absolutely worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I do not recommend them at all. Save your money and time and stay somewhere else.

Corners and elevator wasn’t clean. I stayed in the deluxe suite and had no hot water and when we checked in we had to come back to check in because the computer was down. I could hear water running in the walls and a dog barking at 6am. Breakfast was to go til 10am I went before 9am and the only thing left was waffles and cereal. Staff didn’t offer any compensation once so ever.

No hot water for 2 days ! I should be comped for a day or charged or refunded half of what I paid for this hotel. It’s a la Quinta not a 40$ hotel . We will not stay at la Quinta’s again !

No hot water in the morning so we started the day with cold showers. There was a roach in the bathroom and the staff was rude. Overall horrible experience from the start. We arrived at 8 pm and there was no one at the front desk. Waited for nearly 10 minutes for guy to show up to check us in. He was rude and acted totally put out to have to do his job.

Slightly warmer than freezing water. Told front desk and response was "oh sorry". It was otherwise good, but when you're looking for a comfortable bed, breakfast and hot shower... didn't get told breakfast hours so missed that too...

I was led to believe i could cancel without being charged. My business was postponed so I called the hotel this morning and was told I had to pay in full if I check in or not !! Avoid!!

The room was comfortable & clean. Location was convenient, & staff was polite.
The drawbacks aren’t anything they could immediately remedy, but going forward, I hope they’ll address… Though the hotel wasn’t full, nor was I utilizing the shower during normal busy times, the water was never more than luke warm. Additionally, the water pressure was really low.
Beyond that, the in room phone was inoperable, & the alarm clock had the incorrect time, & couldn’t be reset to reflect accurate hour. Be aware, they only service the rooms every other day, which wasn’t stated in their post in he website.
The pool & hot tub were great, though!

I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was clean. It took a while for check. A new person was at the front desk, she explained she did not know how to check me in yet. We both waited for about 5 minutes for the man who was training her to return. Besides that the area was nice everything close by.
