Great hotel very well located in Panajachel

We booked a basic room in Pana just for one night as we had an early pick up for a long bus ride. We stayed elsewhere on the lake and glad we did. Pana is a touristy tacky large town. It the aregis is well located, is quiet and we had a lovely hot tub with hot spring fed water. Service was fine but we didn’t eat there so experience limited. There is a great coffee shop directly opposite. Try the hot chocolate and banana and Nutella crepe. It’s amazing. I would recommend but ask for a room around the back if you want some quiet. The backpackers place opposite is noisy.

All good as the foto mentioned. But the noise from the street is inevitable. It's an exchange that this hotel is located at the mid of Calle Santander and you can listen the sound from every part. The bed is small. It's just single bed. It's recommend to reserve room of two beds.

The room was comfortable. There was not a single electric outle for a three prong plug to charge my computer. I asked if they had adapters. The answer was yes, but none available.

Tamascal is at an additional cost, and it is ok but I did ask for eucalyptus and they didn’t have any. I had a cold and was looking forward but did not end up using the Tamascal at all. Service is poor overall.

A little disappointed because we were charge before even though it said paid at property. Also, we were given tickets for drinks and never told we only had till certain time to use them.

I loved this place! It’s beautiful and the staff is friendly. They have thermal waters and massages available. The masseuse was incredible!!

Great hotel with clean rooms, hot water and amazing grounds. Highly recommend the on-site thermal pools and massage services. The hotel is on the main street of Panajachel about a five minute walk from Lago Atitlan. Truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

The property is old but well-kept. It is in a busy area but was quiet and felt like an escape from all the shops and cars just outside on the shopping street. It is a good location, and the staff is friendly.

Nice gardens all around , very green and quiet . Thermal waters are perfect after a long day! Located in the middle of the main shopping road but you don’t hear all the noise from the busy street so it’s nice . The rooms could use some upgrading and maybe Ac or a fan.

Large room with comfortable beds near the centre of Panajachel. The spa was an added bonus after being bounced about on the boat rides over the lake! Staff were really helpful.

The place is more like a 2 star hotel...clean enough,with big rooms. One has to squeeze between a bed and closet to open the closet. The biggest problem is the extremely small toilet..feels like one is in a cupboard. On the plus side, the hotel is well located on the main strip,..the rooms well behind the trafic in a nicely manicured courtyard..so little street noise. The biggest plus is the service attendants ,esp. amelia..she is kind and wonderful.

Like a little oasis steps from the hustle and bustle of the Panajachel streets. Not cheap by CA standards but best hot shower I’ve had in Latin America in recent memory

There are very few places in Guatemala with hot springs on the property. This is one of them. If you find this place, you have hit the jackpot. Unique and wonderful location. Regis is amazing.

In the middle of calle santander, the main street of panajachel, but a litte noisy on saturdays ask for the rooms in the back of the hotel. But ik general great experience

The property was wonderful. Beautiful gardens and hot tub experience. The staff were very helpful and kind and the location was excellent. The street was quite noisy, so a streetside room was difficult to sleep in. When we asked to change rooms they were very accommodating. Everything else was great! :)

The grounds are beautifully kept and the front reception area friendly and efficient. A delicious breakfast was included. Water pressure in the shower was adequate and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is convenient but overall quiet. A great combination!

The location was great. Property had nice grounds but was raining most of the days so couldn’t enjoy those so much. Room itself was ok. Because of the rain some water was dripping through the ceiling. I think there are other places that would give a little more value for the cost.

The property is located in the center of everything, very busy place. As soon as you drive through the gate, the property is gorgeous. Quite very peaceful. Landscaping is amazing. The exterior massage area is very peaceful as are the two hot baths. The steam room is also very cool. There are definitely many more modern hotels around, but this place is special.
