Staff great. Check in easy. Breakfasr great. In process of remodeling so bit dirty. Br door didnt close, mold in grout, etc. Expect after reno will be excellent

Everything was very clean. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel was quiet at night and the beds were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day 😊

Front staff were amazing. Top notch. I wanted to go smoke outside and realized I forgot my lighter, the front desk staff went out of their way to find me a lighter.

The floors echoed everything from above you. I could hear the people jumping and walking back and forth across the floor till they went to bed around 11:30. The area around the tub showed signs of mold or some sort of build up. Pool was nice, and lobby was very clean. Breakfast was great.

Hotel is clean and staff is very nice. Ground floor was remodeled recently, floors 2-4 have not been. Breakfast was tasty and the cookies are always a delicious treat.

We arrived at midnight on 9/23 and upon check in the gentleman behind front desk loudly announces… “ok you’re in room 210.” At the time there were four other individuals waiting in line behind us, listening. Needless to say my daughter and I did not sleep well that evening. A hotel cannot disclose what room an individual is staying in. This would be considered a violation of the individual's right to privacy. In the morning we left very early for tours at Syracuse U. We did not shower or have time to evaluate the room. I complained the morning of 9/23 in reference to announcing our room number and should have been assigned a new room. The gentleman defensively mentioned he did not announce our room number. He asked if the person doing so was male or female. I replied male. Further training needs to address this violation. I’ve attached photos of our room. #210. My daughter and I have asthma. We already experienced breathing issues from our time in the room. Please address this room and have it remediated asap. This is not acceptable for future guests. Please note above the shower head at ceiling, and at window. Ceiling paint is also peeling off at window frame. I am requesting a full comp on this stay, not the $25 offered upon checkout. I will not book another Holiday Inn ever again. . The actions taken at your hotel were subpar, and a very unhealthy environment all together. The bathroom walls were stained and dirty

We arrived late, around midnight. Mike who checked us in was very welcoming, helpful and professional. I was so impressed by his service

We stayed for one night while we were in town. The staff was amazing! The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The only thing that I can say was negative, was the carpet in the room was sticky and we had to wear our shoes in the room. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Property is under construction and I didn’t have any idea until check in. It was clean but there were drop sheets everywhere and they were drilling holes in walls for pictures. Staff were excellent. Lots of parking and the room was nice. Dated up clean. Bathroom needed some improvement. A/C worked okay but not great and it could use some new curtains and. Lockout blinds. All that to say, room was clean and quiet and did enjoy the stay.

When we booked we weren't aware the hotel was under quite a moderate renovation. Our room and all the amenities were still in place which was appreciated, but seeing the room I understood why there was a renovation badly needed: peeling wallpaper, loose bathroom floor tiles, mold/mildew in the bathroom, and cracking drywall.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Property is outdated and old, worn furniture in room. Price not appropriate for having to endure unsightly renovations. Room not very clean, bathtub dirty with hair in it. Noisy guest above me making it hard to get any sleep. Don’t recommend at all.

With some construction going on (that didn’t bother us) the only problem I had was the loudness of the other guests. Lot of rumbling thru the halls and doors slamming.

This property is currently under construction. However, the lobby and rooms are neat and clean.

Empty soap bottles in shower and they are too high on the wall to easily reach for a short person to reach.

I was disappointed in my room's view of the back of the entrance awning. The room's fridge froze what was in it making them inedible.

Entry light in room would not stay on. Curtains did not close. Pervasive musty smell. Construction for renovations in lobby area affected breakfast space.
