Comfortable and clean. Nice bed (althoough i think the pillows are too soft) The room appeared in good condition.

Pool was not in service, the room we booked was not available but given we were only there 8 hours total, it was ok. Hotel room was not clean (sheets and bathroom) but we got new sheets and figured it out.

Was given a key to a room already booked with people. Next room smelt like smoke when it’s a non smoking room. Was charged a $250 pet fee for a SERVICE DOG.

Beautiful clean property. Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Roads are quit confusing in the hotel are—round about with confusing traffic pattern

Love the staff! Was nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and stocked with great amenities. The room attendants were great as well and was always there to help. Definitely will be staying there again.

We had to hit the road early in the morning. The morning manager treated us like royalty and made sure that we got on our way without delay and with a great cup of coffee. He was a super host.

The a/c wasn't working but they fixed it. The juice was watery. But the worst was that when the bottom sheet came off of the mattress, there was a huge blood stain! They didn't do anything about that as we were leaving. Hope they throw it put

Nice clean, modern hotel. Very comfortable firm mattress. Microwave, fridge and Kurick coffee maker in room. Safe area with well lit parking lot. Friendly and helpful staff. We will stay here again.

Room was nice but had noticeable poor repair in bathroom. Elevator was out with only stairs available. Fine for just a clean place to sleep.

Staff was kind and tried to help us during the power outage. Frustrating that the hotel lobby ("business center") computer was not functional prior to or after the power came back on. An important basic need was not available.

The 2nd floor which we stayed smelled like marijuana and the bathroom in the room was not clean at all.

Checking in was easy. Our room was very clean and spacious especially for the reasonable rate !! Also $25 hold on our credit card which was held and not charged to account so added back to our account the next day unlike other hotels where we were charged a $150 deposit which doesn’t get returned until 5 days or more !

The hotel was excellent but the people directly above us played basketball and soccer in their room until 1:00 am. Just no travel etiquette at all.

First of all our room toilet was broke. Desk said maintenance left at 7, couldn't move us. The toilet wouldn't flush. Second the pool was closed. We have kids with us, that's why we booked here. The toilet issue, now that's a health issue.

The property was quite clean and cozy. Staff was great as we had a issue with are credit card chip.Beds were comfortable. The only negative thing would be that the pool was closed and it didn’t state that on Expedia’s website. We always book a hotel with a indoor pool when traveling so the kids have a way to burn off energy after a long day of driving so to get there and find out it was closed was a disappointment.

Arrived around midnight, got our room went up and the beds were not made. There were pillows and comforters but no sheets. Went back to the desk. We got a suite as there were 6 of us. After about 20 minutes at the desk she finally said there were no suites available but could give us two queen rooms. The one room had a torn screen and the other room the bathroom floor looked like someone spilled something all over and the tub was dirty and had a dinner plate sized dirt ring. Not one of my best experiences.

Upon our arrival automatic doors to hotel did not open for 5 mins. or more until someone appeared from back office, when we waved and knocked on door. took approx 5 attempts to get equipment to process my card. something that seems to happen often. carpet, decor, telephone and various other things in room were disgusting. used towel from previous guest in closet. there was no remote for tv. didnt want to touch disgusting phone. went to front desk who said they would deliver one to our room. it didnt happen so we went back down and were given one. it turned out not to work. at this point we just want to go to sleep after a 7 hour journey and another 7 hours ahead of us. we didnt try to communicate with the desk further. we just want out of here.
