We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The Staff was friendly and Dana Maryland was exceptionaly friendlly and helpful.

Great range of options for things to do and eat. Did not like no transportation to airport until 7am when we needed to go earlier then also Asheville uber drivers & taxi rides say they are coming and then don't, unreliable transport. How frustrating when so close to airport. "Free airport shuttle" was why we booked here, but pleasantly surprised with all the other amenities there.

Great location: in a town center so many dining options (Luella’s BBQ) was awesome; shopping, there’s also a movie theater, bus stop by the YMCA. Not sure why the Hilton doesn’t promote public transportation because it costs $1.00 and Lyft is $18 plus taxes and fees! You need transportation to get to downtown and River Arts District.
The beds are too soft; if you have back issues as I do, it will be uncomfortable! The safe in the room didn’t work and housekeeping never came as we requested. Overall a great stay!

The stay was amazing. The staff and restaurant are top notch. My only complaint is after spending an entire week there and taking very good care of the staff I was only allowed an extra 30 minutes for check out. Most hotel are very flexible on that.

Everything was great! The air conditioning was not as cooling as we would have liked it to be.

The hotel is conveniently located near dining and shopping facilities. Unfortunately, our room was positioned next to the ice machine and the elevator shaft. We constantly heard the elevator movement and floor signal noises along with the ice maker creating cubes throughout the night. I would recommend this room be only used for operational needs in the future.

My stay was awesome. The only thing I noticed was the shower was not clean. There was hair in it. Other than that I felt comfortable and I would recommend your hotel to all of my friends and family

Everything was great except the coffee. I don't understand why the hotel has instant coffee in "tea bags" in the room and in the lobby instead of having a Keurig or similar quality coffee. The coffee was seriously bad and unacceptable.

Property well located for entertainment——shopping——eateries but staff poor——-Needed a shuttle to the airport but staff refused even though they took some airline crew at time i needed to go

ONE piece of feedback: This is not a full service hotel as there is no bell staff at all. There are only two (2) luggage carts. People wait quite a while if they need one when checking in. The one I finally got was heavy and difficult to maneuver over carpeted floors! Otherwise, this place was perfect.

The only thing, wish Hilton would let the wifi be available without sign in steps.

Wonderful hotel and area. We stay here in our way to and back from the beach each year and it is always a great experience. Dining options close by, good shopping if we find ourselves with a couple extra hours. Hotel is clean and comfortable, with helpful staff.

This hotel is a good hotel, staff was very friendly and accommodating, I’ve never seen so many shopping and restaurants so close to a hotel, I mean within a 1 min walk, along with a movie theater, you will love this hotel and area.
