Since we were driving, the hotel sent me an email before we arrived to explain their actual parking location (it cannot be relied upon using Google Maps). Many roads are narrow, but overall, it's easy to find.
One minor inconvenience is that, due to their location, you have to pass through a dark alley when heading to the main street, which feels unsafe.

The room was very spacious, excellent location and the breakfast was great.
Tip: don't follow the google maps to get to the hotel, there is a sign from Stará Louka road leading to the hotel.

A very quiet hotel hidden on a small square a few steps from the Spring Colonnade and the centre of Karlovy Vary.
