Staff were very attentive and the room was clean + up to date. We had an issue with a water leak and the front desk staff immediately accommodated us to a different room.

Clean and nice room

Room & bath were very clean. There was a little rust and some smeared caulk on the shower but that's it. The water pressure was OK but not great. Staff were great and helpful but the front desk was abandoned at times. Breakfast was OK and typical. There was a large canister of syrup but no pancakes or waffles. Coffee was above average. Location and parking were very good. We were visiting friends in Coppell and it was only a few minutes away. Our room was a full "away from home" suite with a queen and a hide-a-bed, also a fully functioning kitchen w apartment size fridge, 3 burner stove and bar/barstools for 4. Bed was a little soft for my taste and the 4 pillows were large, firm & clean with button-on pillow cases. Very easy on-off the freeway as well as nearby Sams, WalMart, Trader Joe's, Kohls and other shopping.
