The room is super clean very tidy. Everything was very nice in the room. The view was amazing. The staff were kind of awkward, not very fashionable and not very talkative to tell us too much. They’re not Tattoo friendly at all so if you have a tattoo don’t go there cause you won’t be able to use the spa or the pool. It is family friendly.

The property, room, service, and staff were great. I was disappointed in the Chinese Restaurant. The menu listed very expensive entrees large enough for two persons, but the portion size was very small and not even large enough for one person. We ordered small draft beer but were charged for the larger size. Surprisingly, we were unexpectedly charged a 1300 yen service charge when we went to pay. We will not return or recommend for these reasons.
