We arrived after midnight and the staff was great. We originally went to the wrong location but there was a phone to call the concierge. He immediately came to my location and gave me directions to drive to the lobby. He checked our group in quickly, he unloaded our bags from our car and parked it, and brought our bags to our rooms. We had an early check out for our flight the next day so we were even able to schedule the valet to bring our car around at an exact time. This was all free of charge. The room itself was spacious and clean.
Our experience at Naha terrace was seamless and I would definitely recommend again. Thank you!
