Property location is really nice with good views, food was good. Room needs bit of furnishing, as there were no wardrobes.. Slightly over priced compared to the amenities in the room.
Hospitality was better when this hotel was called Manu Maharani, this time felt like corporate vibe with less personal touch.. More like money and profits..

There was no spa. The place is clean and nice otherwise. It is a very good hotel. This will especially appeal if you are coming from abroad with kids.

I had a great stay at Namah Nainital.
They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

This property advertised KIng bed availability but had 0 king beds in whole hotel.
Hotel didnt agree to give extra bed as compensation either initially but had
