We had a junior suite and it suited our needs perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, very central and walkable to everything. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful retreat. The noise from Jemaa el-Fnaa could be an issue for some, but it made us feel like we were part of the vibe.

Amal in the spa/Hamam was wonderful. She is a kind and gentle practitioner, who knows exactly what she is doing. Amal is professional, discreet, and joyful - who provides a peaceful environment in which to experience the Hamam culture. She comes highly recommended!

Staff was awesome but room was very small & narrow stairs to go up so hard when we have disability to go up but staff did help with our bags. Would love to have TV in room.
