We stayed with 8 of us for the first weekend of the 2026 TT races ,
The night porter Ken was brilliant,
The manager Ash was brilliant,
The food menu was brilliant
The beers were brilliant
Very nice friendly atmosphere, bar stayed open until the small hours , thank you Ken ,
We are definitely going to return

It was very good value. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.
The staff were friendly and wasn't "in your face"
I thought the bedroom was good for its' size. The shower pressure was powerful and the room was warm. I didn't use the body/hair gel as I normally bring my own.
HQ Bar is a very lovely reasonable priced stay

We booked HQ for a weekend at the MGP, we stayed in their Glen Mona building just down the road which wasn't an issue for us, though we were on the top floor with quite a lot of stairs. The room was clean and spacious, turned down daily during our stay, and staff were friendly. We made use of the included breakfasts both mornings which were great, only thing is it was only available for around 90 minutes but this worked with our schedule anyway. We were able to walk easily to the grandstand, restaurants and bars in Douglas, and would recommend staying here again.
