We had an amazing stay and were extremely satisfied with everything. The room was always very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

Location is not close to public transport but in all other respects is a great hotel.

Great property with free parking, helpful staff, credit card acceptance, and included breakfast. But for what you get, it was definitely overpriced at $100 inclusive of taxes for the Balkans. I splurged instead of my typical hostel stay to have a nice bathroom and the shower was such a letdown. There was no mount for the shower head, so it always sat at faucet/waist height making hair washing and enjoying a shower extremely difficult. It was also quite far from the old town and at the top of a 300ft/100m hill. So not easy to get to!
