Staff was friendly and helpful. Window coverings were in a state of disrepair.

The property was clean. We had some issues with the heater but was quickly resolved. The furniture was a bit worn but the bed was very comfortable. My husband and I both require a handicap bathroom and they were quick to accommodate. Breakfast was wonderful. Really enjoyed the eggs and bacon sausage and biscuits and gravy. Great selection of everything

The room needed some repair (toilet seat broken, drawer on dresser broken, curtains did not close).

Our first 2 nights there, we had no hot water and had to take cold showers. The 2 night we had limited tv station access. And the people in the room next to us were loud everynight and smoking weed. Definitely the worse stay I’ve ever had at a hotel.

This seems to be an older hotel but the upkeep is good. Rooms were clean.

Shout out to the staff that handled breakfast. A solid hearty breakfast to get you back on the road. Bed was comfy. Place was quiet. Overall a great rest stop on the way to Colorado.

Overall stay was great, the floor in the room did not look like it had been vacuumed.

It needs a redo! It looks very worn. Mold in shower, curtains off track wouldn’t close.

Upon arrival, we checked in and were given a room. We went to the room only to discover it had not been cleaned. We immediately went back to the front desk. They were apologetic and extremely quick to remedy the situation. We were given a suite-which gave us more than enough room for the overnight. Service was great; did feel it was a mistake and they resolved it quickly.

Overall the property was clean and suited my need for location and convenience getting to where I needed to go. My only issue was booking a King Suite with a hot tub in advance and when arriving, being told none where available and I was given a two queen suite. At this point it was too late for me to make other arrangements, because had I known in advance that the room I booked was unavailable, I would have chosen another place to stay.

Location was convenient to hospital.

Equipment in gym broken. Pool water cloudy and overall old and needs to be updated.

Good clean property little run down but overall a good place to stay

Very friendly staff and very nice atmosphere. The only thing that I would complain about is that the hot tub wasn't working but even then it was a very enjoyable and relaxing visit. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very good about keeping everything stocked up. Will definitely book again

Quiet and clean

The room we received, a handicapped room, was dirty. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The bathroom floor was sticky meaning it felt like a layer of soda pop got spilled all over it. Finally the walls are paper thin so you hear every footstep, all tV noise and conversation when trying to sleep. Will not go there again.

Surly. Smelly. Broken HVAC. Painful. Charged more when I showed up. Refused to give me a receipt when I left. Various stories about the online booking. Left me standing and waiting a long time at both check and check out. Young fat woman with nails too long to work a computer, claimed to be a manager, was exceptionally surly, hostile. Maintenance man came twice to fix HVAC, but it was blowing cold on me at 3:00 am, so I left really hurting. Water didn't come out of shower enough to help. Furniture bunged up. No Bible. If you can't speak English, you don't just ignore the person speaking to you. You can hold one finger up "one minute" and get someone who can speak English or Spanish. Breakfast bad: not a single healthful option! (Normally one can get a boiled egg and a banana.) Why is it so very hard to have at least one cereal option not glopped with sugar? Not safe to put plastic wrap right on the bread! The black tea tasted like incense. But thank God, I did find 1 plain oatmeal packet by the tea and there was butter. No carts available coming or going -- normally there should be 2 at the door. I would need 14 pages to cover everything. Worst was the counter experience. Needs new management. Won't book online again - - I try to get hotels above median by choosing a good name brand, but now I am paying for that, and instead get smelly and surly.
