Room was very clean. We booked the same day as we stayed. We didn't realize that the property would close the doors at 8pm. We got there later than 8pm. There was no email, no sign on the door or anything with the phone number to call after hours. Out of pure luck we were able to catch another hotel visitor and that person gave us the number to call so we could get inside.

I loved having a fridge, microwave and cooker. The room was big as was the bathroom.

Couldn't have asked for more. Spacious room and close walk to the town centre. Kitchen facilities were available as well if I'd have wanted to cook rather than dine out. Only downpoint was the wifi password didn't work, but as I was out most of the time it wasn't a huge issue.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Our only concern was that the stove cook top was not working and it was difficult to prepare meals using only the microwave.

Nice small apartment..Can walk to central area in 5-10 mins. Not in the greatest neighborhood. There is all the amenities you need to cook. No condiments or salt/pepper

Wonderful welcome, very friendly receptionist. Nice area of old town. Hotel apartment very clean. Kitchenette very useful and everything provided even a corkscrew for your wine! What we loved most was the room design, with kitchenette and bathroom outside the main bedroom, so one person can get up early, use bathroom and make a meal and the bedroom can be kept quiet for the other to still sleep. We couldn’t check in and staff on emergency phone was absolutely unhelpful. Do not book. Unreliable. It caused us a terrible trouble in the middle of the night .

The property was clean and well kept with plenty of space a storage. The most amazing thing about the property was the staff. The receptionists there were so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. They saved me from getting lost many times and even helped me plan my daily trips. Such amazing, lovely friendly staff! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Twin beds - really useful when two friends don’t want to share a bed. Great price.

The hotel is very conveniently placed with the city centre and bus station within close walking distance. The receptionist was very helpful and the room clean and functional (no frills). Breakfast was a let down with not much choice and food not being replenished. I would advise taking breakfast in one of the nearby cafés. Overall, good value for money and ideal for a short stay.

Brilliant place to stay in sleepy Beziers! TV can be changed to English, WIFI is clear and strong, there are washing machines available and the air-con is powerful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. My only problem was this came at the beginning of my holiday rather than the end! Fantastic.

Upon first booking, I was assured that parking would be available for my classic car, which holds emotional value. However, upon arrival I was informed that parking would not be available due to overbooking and people "sneaking in". I requested advice on where to park, yet was told that the information desk did not know the nearest place to park at all in the city. As a result of this, my car was left at the side of the road a block away, leaving me concerned that someone may break into it. Later on after a trip out, my other half and I return to the room to find that hidden underneath the table provided was a huge brown patch of which we were unsure of the contents but either way was unexpected and simply not the level of sanitation one would expect from a hotel with 3 stars. Furthermore, only one set of towels was provided and a single pillow however, when I'd gone downstairs to find out whether I could have more, the reception desk was closed, which was unhelpful and unexpected seeing as it was only 8:30pm on a Friday evening, one may expect the desk open and the door not to be locked at such a time. The final issue was that upon checkout, I was asked to pay an unexpected bill. To find out the breakdown of the bill that had been handed to me, I had to ask what the payments were for. One was for the city tax (which was fine) and the other for parking, however I did not use the parking as I was informed it'd be full and I reminded the desk of this, which led to an argument.

The property is OK for short stays. Breakfast is good and so are staff.

Breakfast was expensive at 9 Euros. needed fresh fruit as last year.. Helpful English speaking receptionists. Near the bus station. Been before and would go again.

The Zenitude was a very clean apart hotel with compact, comfortable rooms. Simply but well furnished with a very hot shower, comfortable beds and peaceful so you had a good nights sleep. Only 10 minutes walk from the centre, this was a great location for us. The reception staff and manager were so helpful in accommodating our needs. Really loved staying here.

We needed a place to stay overnight. The pictures were better then when we arrived. Great for young people on the budget. I don't think it was in the best district.
