This was a great stay for one night and I appreciate the free upgrade. The room was a great size, clean and basic. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The location was good for walking to restaurants.

I was disappointed in the BBQ buffer spread & varieties. I was extremely disappointed with the gym room & the hotel looks pretty old & lack of maintenance. However, i am impress with the staff’s attitude & professionalism.

Quiet location. Great pool. Comfortable bed. The shower was over the bath which filled with water as it couldn’t drain away quickly enough. The gym was poor.

The property is dirty pure and simple. The lift the hallways unacceptable really. Room was clean, bed was good. But no way should this hotel have a star rating. Breakfast was good nice staff in restaurant. Location is excellent. But seriously badly managed and no matter what they say here can not change the fact the place was filthy. Way better hotels around. No excuse for not wiping something clean..

The staff were excellent and the property and rooms were up to a good standard. Pool area is quite restricted due to be enclosed in centre if courtyard and unfortunately closed every night at 6pm. Breakfast was excellent as well but evening BBQs were very expensive compared to elsewhere.

Sit at the lounge for two hours, and complain twice before we can check into our room. We book for 3, we do have 3 bath towel but no others, and only have two sets of glass / cups.. worker here are friendly though, & the breakfast have lots of choices.

Good value for the money. Staff are friendly. But do note that the property is right next to airport so it’s a bit far if u have to see all the key destinations in Bali and the place can be prone to traffic jams which we got stuck quite often..

Overall for first time visit, it was good. Malls , beach, grocery , convenience, and restaurants all within walking distant. Hotel was helpful in booking activities. A little bit of language barrier but log onto their free WiFi and use a translator.

Wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly and kind to our children, remembering their names. The pool is deep so just know that for kids. There is a kiddie pool, but the main pool has no shallow end. All just one depth and that was near 5 feet. Rooms were quiet and clean and cleaning crew was great. Free breakfast buffet was awesome. The rooftop menu was a great value as well. And the Balinese dance show that comes along with their Friday paid buffet dinner was great!

Very convenient Hotel close to the airport with a free airport shuttle. Good street for food options, shopping and massages. The hotel also serves a very good breakfast

I think the staff was amazing, special credit to Kristine ( so helpful every time myself or my partner came down for something to eat or drink), Widia (worked the pool bar for the first time and was amazing towards us) and finally Wira (again in the pool bar but shares his knowledge of Bali and where we could go as well as entertaining us whilst at the pool bar)Dislikes- the pool being open at 6.30am allowing there to be noise every morning from kids in the pool. Maybe open the pool area at 9am allowing guests around the pool to sleep in if they would like. No microwave in rooms to allow reheating of food. No hand towels in bathroom

Nice hotel near the airport. I had an early flight, so I stayed here due to its proximity to the airport. It was a nice hotel with a great rooftop restaurant that had excellent food. There was a very nice pool too but I didn't get a chance to try it out. There are some small shops around the hotel but the people running the shops were a little sketchy and will try to scam you if you are not careful. I would recommend this hotel if you need a nice place to stay near the airport.

Very nice staff. The balcony of our room is very useful for drying swimming gears. The location is a bit far for walk to Kuta beach & shopping malls, however it's very close to the airport. Breakfast is good but need to have more varieties of local fruits. They only had watermelon, rock melon & banana every breakfast during our stays. Swimming pool is clean and quiet.

overall my stay at aston kuta is awesome! it is close to the beach (around 10 mins walk) and close to a few shopping malls! the downside about staying here is that this hotel doesnt have any spa. BUT they are so-called connected to another spa (Rose-something) which is located outside of the hotel. So if you want a massage, they will call them, and they will come to your room. Quite uncomfortable to be massaging in my own hotel room as the masseuse did not concentrate in doing the massage. she keeps looking around the room and also she even watched TV while massaging me! keep doing on the same spot on my body and it can be painful. told her a few times to not press too hard. other than that, the food is great. different varieties every few days. paid 70,000 rp for airport transfer from hotel to airport.

Hotel advertised 4.5 star in expedia however hotel staffs said its 4 star (felt cheated). Room got upgraded due to lower tier sold out. Swimming pool without lifeguard, aircond which is not cold at all, having variety of breakfast that is not very appetizing, no extra mile in providing panadol and a meal box for sick guest leaving early morning although i do understand its last minute due to driver fly kite ( asked for simple pastry food packed in box but politely refused by staffs) All in all, i bought stay expecting 4.5 star, staff claim is 4 star only and the stay experience is 3 star..... the bed is 4 star though. quite comfortable and they do provide standard 3 pin plug for malaysian and singaporean Location is good though.. near kuta town (10 mins walk to mall) and near beach (5 mins walk) Aston Kuta Hotel and Residences, u wanna redeem yourself?

We had a late flight from Brisbane into Bali. Arrived around 10.30pm and was able to check into the Hotel by approx 11.30pm. Hotel is close to the Airport (approx 5-10mins) and is in Kuta.area. Hotel is comfortable and buffet breakfast was included within package. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with our requests.
