Almost everything was great! The woman working at the desk was very friendly and helpful as was the maintenance manager. The pool water was nice and warm and the area, along with everything else, was nice and clean. Our only two complaints would be that the bathroom in our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and that the water pressure in the shower could be better (I doubt this is within the control of the property though). We would definitely stay here again.

Clean place, staff was nice. Room was good but needed to ask for soap, shampoo n body wash.staff said pool was 80 degrees. It was not. It was cold and people had goosebumps. Ask to have it turned up and was told no.

We loved our stay here. The hotel manager was so welcoming it made you feel at home. There were beautiful holiday decorations throughout the lobby and main floor. Would certainly stay here next time we are in town.

Extremely clean. Wonderful friendly staff. The young women who worked on the Friday evening until 10:30 was fantastic. Very friendly and kind person. Very helpful when I asked a question. She is the kind of staff you want to keep forever. Great human being. Thank-You so much to her for all her kindness and for answering all my questions!

Love the smart tv. Able to sign into our Netflix account. Rooms are modern with remote controlled shades. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommended!

Terrific staff and very nice suite. It could have been ever so slightly cleaner (I tend to be a "neat nick'). The only other questionable situation was that the bathroom door hit the cammode when you opened the door. That seemed like less than reasonable planning on someone's part. But, in general, we were very pleased with our stay.

I realize the hotel has no control over their guests, however guests in the next room were fighting and set off two or more dogs that wouldn’t stop barking. I probably wouldn’t have made the choice to stay on this property had I known it was dog friendly.

I like the fact that it was right off the highway, which made it very easy to find.

Room was large and very clean! Breakfast was good and always staff attending it. Loved the all day coffee bar and fitness room! Pool was questionable though, surface was dirty with hair and dust, and water very murky.
