Excellent Service and staff went above and beyond.
Riad location is a bit inconvenient, takes about 6 to 7 minutes walk to get to a taxi. The attractions are about 20 minutes walk. Bathroom area is a bit tight, beds were comfortable, good space for luggage.

The staff were excellent. Amine met us from the taxi and helped us with translation and directions. He was there to help every day. Sada and Fatima always asked how we were and always made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our breakfasts and evening meal.
The Riad is very nice and we felt safe there.
The nearby buildings have been affected by the earthquake in 2023 but the Road Sable Chaud didn't seem to have been affected.

This riad is an excellent choice in a quiet area away from the congestion of the middle and lower Medina area. It's about a 6 minute walk to the nearest gate area, where taxis and food are available, and a 20 minute walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa -- Google Maps will get you anywhere you want to be. The property is clean and staffed by friendly and helpful people; Hamid was always around to provide all kinds of helpful services. Communication in English is a little limited, but no big problem. Excursions and on-site food are available, but there was no pressure at all to use either of these services. If you want a safe, quiet place in which to base your exploration of Marrakech, this is a great place for the price.

We enjoyed staying and appreciated the friendly staffs help.
We were met a few minutes away and Mohamed carried our bags al the way back to the Riad. Really nice man.
The rooms were pleasant and we enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace. I didn’t feel so well one morning and the lady that serves breakfast prepared me a potion to drink that got me ready to roam the markets in minutes
