The Econo Lodge was very clean, quiet and comfortable at a very affordable price.

The staff were very friendly, clean well kept room that felt comfortable and was quiet. The breakfast was good and it was easy to find.

The included breakfast was a joke compared to cheaper hotels in edson, stale cereal and coffee no cream or creamer, the room only had one set of towels and horrible toilet paper and no kleenex in the room. Worst hotel stay in edson ive ever had

We were really hoping for healthier choices for the continental breakfast: maybe hard boiled eggs, fruit cup, granola, porridge …

The walls were dusty. The door to the bathroom scraped on the floor, hardly able to close it. But the bed was clean and comfortable.

You get what you pay for. Room very small, pillows were awful, and room had a small window that could be looked into from the balcony others could access, but our room could not. rm 148.

I purchaseda non smoking room, the room was not smoked in but it might as well have , they have a small balcony with a can for cigarette buts and a chair which is right beside the intake for the air conditioner, they may not have smoked in the room but may as well have, I would never stay at this hotel again, what a dump

They aren't set up for providing breakfast, only 2 small tables in a very confined lobby area. Rooms were clean, really good size.

Hello Please note our stay was Tues Aug 24 to Wed Aug 25.We were asked if we would like to stay in Rm150,if we could do stairs. We said we would try. We managed the very narrow steep stairs and opened the door into a very tiny room. Appr.12 'X13 ' We realized we were in the "sign " Econo Lodge when we went out for dinner. The bathroom was so small our knees hit the wall in front of us and we could not take a shower because our elbows hit the walls of the enclosure. The Bag Breakfast we received was very good. We did ask the morning clerk to put us in a different room on our return booking on Aug 30th. There is another story for that date . Apparently there was a covid outbreak in the Hotel on the Fri Aug27 and our room was cancelled. We did not know about this as our Home phone # was called on Sat Aug28 about it. We arrived at the Econo Lodge on Tues Aug30 and the door was locked with No Vacancy on the door. I was able to reach the office person after 2 calls and they were very sorry we had not known about it. We had to get another Hotel for the night as there was a thunder storm with lightning happening. We went to Super 8 just up the street and they treated us very well, although we did have to pay more for our stay. We enjoy dealing with Hotels.com How is this going to effect our free night stamp? PS. we have another issue with our Hotel booking in Fort McMurray, 5 night stay for 5 stamps. Hope all this can be resolved in a satisfactory manner between us. Thank U, Donna
