The front desk staff we're exemplary! So very helpful!
The only complaint I had was the mold on the grout in the shower. Otherwise the room was great!

We were on the 3rd floor, the humidity was bad in our room and the carpet always felt damp. Putting on shoes in the morning the inside of my sneakers even felt damp. I paid extra to have the breakfast in the morning, the set up is very confusing. They asked us to order of the menu and then gave me a receipt. Didn’t make me feel confident that I wasn’t going to be charged again.

We asked for time
To have in order to get our bags packed and checked out the clerk on Sunday morning was a bit rude at first told us she could not do that
Then when I asked just for a little extra time I got rude re mark then she said ONLY until 12
$$$$
