The view from the room was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were very helpful and friendly. They bring breakfast to you in your room. The hotel is older, but thats also the charm. Its well kept and very clean. They offer to arrange transport and activities on the island. The hotel is in a great location right on the caldera, but close to the Square so its convenient.

Tania was very friendly and sincerely helpful and kind making certain we had everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and options for tours.
The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay here, Tania was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast provided was also delicious, I liked that they brought it to your room at the time you requested. The private hot tub was also pretty nice and this place felt pretty personable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Best location with beautiful view! Enjoy it from your hot tub!! Breakfast was wonderful! Tania was great and loved meeting her sweet dog Braveheart! Tania arranged 4am pickup time for the airport and the gentleman that picked us up was great as well!
