Trying to be a 5 star but not there. Rooms are EXTREMELY small. Barely enough room to walk around the bed and no way you can place 2 suitcases in the room. Staff service was nothing special. Our room had the smell of cigarettes, sink did not work and safe was locked. They failed to tell us the wifi password (user is passport number & password is the room number). We stayed one night only but likely would not recommend.

They got a money Twice for only one room ( one booking ) and refused to redund it to me Clearly FRAUD and SCAM Absolutely not expected from 5 star hotel , Such attitude could be expected from 1 star hotel

Generally a good stay. However, I did have to request an iron as it was not it the room when I arrived. The daily brunch was very good and offered plenty of options. Did not try the spa or fitness center although they were available. Convenient to bus stops and plenty of sites within walking distance.

I've been in more than 12 hotel in Ankara . some of them has No Air Conditions other has very bad internet and other are in bad locations But this hotel is really one of the best in Ankara I have the , clean , nice place , nice internet , very good breakfast and the staff are very helpful

Nice hotel in the center. Very good staff, friendly and helpful. I chose to take a large room that has not gone through renovation; it was spacious with windows on the street which I like very much. The room's furniture was a bit old but in good condition and clean. There is a renovated part but I made my own choice.

As always, my stay was perfect. It’s a very nice and very centrally located hotel. The hotel has a spacious and inviting lobby with attentive and friendly staff, so you immediately feel at home. The entire staff is very friendly and supports guests in every matter, especially Tugce at the front desk, greets you with a smile and is very helpful and friendly and responds quickly to inquiries, which makes your stay extremely pleasant. The hotel also offers a rich breakfast. If you want a comfortable stay in Ankara, this hotel is definitely the right choice.

We enjoyed our quick stay. The connecting rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are nice overall, and their spa staff are very welcoming and helpful. Massage treatments are recommended. Only negative was being given a price for the airport shuttle, and then later a different price. Might have been an honest mistake but it was not pleasant. We will be coming back.

Fiyat performans olarak guzel bir otel. Hijyen olarak da temiz. Odalar konforlu, kucuk ama guzel dizayn edilmis kullanimi pratik, gerekli her sey var. Olumsuz yanlari haliyla kucuk bir otel ve 5 yildiz ayarinda bir kalite ve luks sundugunu dusunmuyorum. Odalardaki sampuan ve diger temizlik urunleri pek iyi degil. Kahvalti urunleri genel olarak guzel olsa da 5 yildizli otel kahvaltisi degil. Spada havuz yok. Spor salonu cok guzel. Calisanlar cok yardimci oluyor ve islerini iyi yapiyorlar. Ozet olarak 5 yildizli luks bir otelden ziyade 4.5 yildizli bir fiyat performans oteli olarak degerlendirmek lazim. Tekrar kalmak isteyebilecegim bir otel.

Tugce at the desk and the other staff member were fabulous- all so cheery and capable. The breakfast was amazing and the gym spotless and well equipped. I was only sad to see guests waste food. There could be a gentle sign encouraging guests not to take what they can eat at the breakfast buffet.

Great staff, and great hotel! The front desk staff were very polite and courteous, the cleaning staff was also very nice. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well furnished with everything u need for ur stay. I recommend this hotel.
