I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price and the hotel was crowded which is a good sign. Average hotel but with excellent management and staff which makes up for everything. Its the people that make this property.

Reception staff was not trained enough to talk decently. Lots of mosquitoes and fuming smell throughout the hotel.
I booked a non-smoking room but they giving me a smoked room with puking smell in the hallway
