I travel to Norfolk often for work and will not be staying anywhere else after experiencing Cumberland Resort. Tima and her team are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The villas are perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Lovely modern kitchen and BBQ on the deck if you get sick of eating out.

Had a two bedroom two bathroom Villa. Good as we could do our own breakfast and lunches. Plenty of room with outdoor alfresco as well. Close to town - five minute walk. No air conditioning had ceiling fans in bedrooms. Needed one in lounge room. Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful.

Tema and her staff were fantastic and were willing to do all they can to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were immaculately clean, however the property in general could do with an update. Cumberland is easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Make sure you book tours through Tema, allow her to weave her magic!

Well located at the end of the main shopping street. Out unit was spacious with all the amenities eg cooking, foxtel, car provided for the cost of insurance only. Owner Rael, manager Tima and all other staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

This is a lovely place, very clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything, including a picnic set with thermos and the first morning's breakfast. It was easy to organise tours and dinners and a short walk to shops and cafes.

Good clean self-contained unit, walking distance to shops and cafes. Hire cars are available. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They will also book local tours.

The staff were wonderful. The unit was clean and tidy and fully stocked with everything we needed. WiFi is very unreliable but I believe it's like that all over the island so pretty much out of their control.

My husband and I loved the resort and what they provided in the units . Temar was amazing treating us like long lost family. our only complaint was that our unit was not serviced we ha to ask for a linen change as it was so hot we were sweating in bed so the sheets and towels were very manky. plus we were on holidays and still had to sweep the floors wipe over the floors as well what they provided in the unit was amazing we just would have liked our unit at least serviced teicw during our weeks stay.

Norfolk Island is a lovely, quaint place to visit and the Cumberland Resort and Spa is a perfect base to see the Island from. It's a short walk into the heart of town so you don't need a car if you don't want to, but a car is available and included in your accommodation costs if you'd like to explore more (and you should!). You just need to pay insurance costs. The accommodation itself is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are amazing. Rael, Tima and the team are extremely welcoming and helpful and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

It was superb, the Property Manager Tima and her staff are excellent and have already booked in there next year. The closeness of the township was in walking distance so everything was close.

We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the White House. It was a wonderful place to stay even though there were only four of us- it can sleep 10! It was well appointed with comfortable beds, views of the coast and large verandah. It had everything we could possibly need when we invited friends for a dinner party.

You don't really notice anyone else around. Tima was the lady who looked after us from picking us up from the airport to organising any tours. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She always had a smile on her face.

Very friendly staff who collected us from the airport then took us on a brief tour followed by arranging a full island tour. Staff always greeted us with a smile and enquiry into our satisfaction.

This was a great venu. Central to the small town, great friendly staff and management. Excellent spar bath for relaxation at the end of a day's exploring. Cumberland the place to stay in Norfolk.

The room amenities were very good but rather dated. You would not really call this property a resort as there were few resort type amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent.
