We could hear every step that the people above us took, so it would be helpful if hotel staff could ask the guests who stay on the second floor to tread carefully so as not to disturb those who are staying on the ground floor.

We just needed a place to sleep for one night while visiting friends in a nearby community. This place was significantly lower cost than places in Pendleton. Check-in was smooth. Room was updated and clean. The only negative is that it is close to the highway and there was a lot of traffic noise through much of the night--nothing that the motel can do anything about--but did affect the quality of our stay. We did not have breakfast there.

Excellent service and easiest quickest check in. Lobby and breakfast area had an ethnic odor which was borderline tolerable. Very minimal breakfast and we just took what we can and ate in our room. The wall AC/heater was noisy and annoying thru the night when the fan would turn on. Otherwise it was comfy and affordable.

The fact this property is small, yet neat and tidy and on the main drag is nice. The nice flowers and exterior presentation are a nice touch. I would note the carpet is a bit older and perhaps makes the room feel a bit dirty, however the bed linens appeared new and fresh and the room spacious. Plugs near the bed for phone charging, etc., were limited and one had to move the nightstand to plug something on other than the alarm clock which was a bit of a hassle and it was dirty behind the table. The traffic noise is rather intense as you can imagine when trying to sleep, so I would recommend taking earplugs when staying here. Staff was friendly and pleasant. The breakfast offerings were basic but sufficient. This is a great place to stay if Milton Freewater is your destination.

On the first morning, they asked if we needed room service. I said that it wasn't necessary. So they never did room service, which was fine with us. We could have requested it.

The room was clean , and the service was good. They had all of the amenities needed for the stay. However the shower clogged which was disappointing. But other rhan that i would consider staying here again

Everything turned very well, from check-in to check-out!! Clean & comfortable with all the comforts of home.

This place was very convenient and very well maintained. For breakfast, really good quality, I mean they serve Darigold milk! Not continental, but we had a great breakfast. Super quiet for a Saturday night somewhat close to the fair. When we come back to Walla Walla area, we’ll be looking for this place first before any other. Highly recommend!

Great shower, comfortable bed with 3 soft pillows. Nice little kitchen with full-size fridge! Very comfortable easy chair.

We just needed a place to sleep after driving for several hours In the area for a "celebration of life" get-together on Sunday in College Place -- it was great to find a place to stay during busy time for weddings and graduation events.

Overall good rooms that are affordable. I wish the shower head was more adjustable and higher so it makes it easier for taller people like me to shower.

The Indian dude who checked us in was unsmiling and cold...no smile, no agreeable attitude..it was as if we were disturbing his day by check in.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel while visiting family in town but usually stay in Walla Walla and we absolutely loved it! Very clean, polite staff, well kept property and the beds were super comfy. This will the be the place we book our stays from now on! Great job Morgan Inn & Suits!

They service was just rude. I asked what taxis were available and they had no idea. The breakfast was a joke, it was the same hard pastries all week. My room had broken everything it smelt so much like smoke and it was a nonsmoking room. So unwelcoming. I should have just paid more to stay anywhere else.

The "hotel" expanded by placing single wide trailers on the property and turning it into a duplex. The inside looked like they recycled old cabinets, fixtures, furniture to fill the space. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. Room was kept just above freezing took hours to heat it to the point you could remove a jacket. Next time im driving into walla walla and spending a little more money.
