Great location with excellent staff

Found that if I had booked direct I would have had a better discounted price for the room. Not happy about that!!

The room was tiny and nothing like the photos, however it was clean and the bed very comfortable

Was a good tidy motel but the shower was almost unusable old showerhead water came out like a pressure washer and painful to use

It was in a very convenient position to the train station, but the room was very small. I had the executive cosy room, which is fine for one person but would be uncomfortable if 2 people. I was on the 3rd floor, and as there is no lift it was a bit difficult with luggage.

Service very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean. Very professional outfit

Looked great from photos. Unfortunately parking too tight and lacking. Needs someone to go through and check every facet/appliance etc for maintenance. People don't report and unfortunately I was one along with my daughter due to arrival and departure times. Tv"s big issue, tight rooms. N Suggest downsizing the number of rooms and making some larger through renovations. Staff on check in were lovely.

The picture that was shown when I made my booking was NOT the room we got. We literally had Harry Potters room under the stairs. It came directly off the main stairwell and was once, I am sure, an old storage closet. It was so dated and small and had a tiny window that overlooked Dan Murphy's carpark. The walls are paper thin so we got to hear everyone come up and down the stairs all night. The air conditioner sounded like it was a jet engine starting and definitely couldn't keep the room warm with the hurricane of cold air blowing in from under the door. The bathroom was so small that the light switch and the towel rail are on the wall OUTSIDE the bathroom and the carpet it straight out of a 70's RSL. The phone didn't work and the switch for the light above the bed didn't work. And it was on the third floor and there is no elevator! We were travelling with another group (booked on the same day at the same time) and their room was very different. My advice if you do decide to brave this place is to make sure you let them know you don't want the cupboard under the stairs!

Excellent proximity to the heart of Wagga and really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely comfy bed and good pillows ensured a great restful sleep too.

The room was connected to another via a locked door. It was poorly insulated from noise. Sounding like the people in that room where in my room. Also lot of traffic noise from road despite windows closed. Poor audio from TV. The tea coffee area is very dark, needs a light in that area. Bed was comfortable. A very expensive hotel to stay at, especially for a 3 star rated place.

I booked a night at the Astor Motor Inn as a stopover on a long drive from Sydney. Having scrolled through many different hotel options, the photos of Astor Inn looked the most modern & fresh decor. Don't be fooled!! It looked like nothing had been changed in 50 years, the beds & pillows were so uncomfortable, the rooms dont have any daylight unless you open a curtain that opens onto the common hallway - so you have zero privacy. It wasnt a pleasant stay at all. One positive was that the lady who checked us in was very friendly, but for the money there are way better accommodation options out there. Chose somewhere else! I did contact the hotel via hotels.com to try to reach a resolution but they were not interested.

Staff just told me to leave my key on a bin, unsecured, when i left. The room was not was i was advertised and not good enough for the price set. Paint was flaking off, the room booklet had grease all over it, the fire alarm was losing grip on the ceiling and by the glue marks next to it, it shows it has fallen off before.

Great family room, wish we could have stayed another night in Wagga. Motel was close to everything, we walked to a restaurant. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Central location easy walking. Clean and comfortable

The room was very small, dark and claustrophobic. Currently, brakfast is not available due to COVID-19 issues. The bed was comfortable and the hot water good.

Great place to stay in Wagga. Perfect location only 2 minute walk to main shopping area, restaurants etc and same distance to train station. Hotel staff super friendly and room spotless. We’ll be back!
