We live in the city and chose to celebrate our anniversary there. It was super relaxing! It was a great place to spend the weekend.

It is very difficult to get taxi in front of the hotel, the staff should make an arrangement with the taxi company for ordering taxi for the clients.
The airport shuttle service is good.
Since there are no restaurants, supermarkets for convenience stores around the waling distance of the hotel, the hotel should included breakfast in their room rate.
The USB sockets don't have electricity to charge the mobile and notebook, it is a down side.
The design of the case which hold the sockets is very dangerous, it is very easy to hurt the fingers, I would suggest the hotel to re-design the whole thing.
There is not enough electrical sockets for recharging, it is advised to put more with British standard socket.
As a 5 stars hotel, a coffee machine should be placed in the room.
The spa is good, but the skin care brand should be upgraded for more international standard.
There is not enough international TV channels, I was surprised I couldn't find HBO, DW, Japanese channel etc on the TV.
There is no close up mirror for the lady to do makeup in the toilet. I can only use the mirror close to the door entrance but the light will gone off automatically.
