The room was clean, but you can see that the overall age is there carpets seem like they’re getting older same for the bed and bedding. For what I needed it for it was a solid stay staff a sanctuary is always terrific from dropping off a bag to the check-in and check out.

Still an extremely nice property but it seems to have lost a bit of its formal lustre.
Carpets in the halls are somewhat worn.
Elevators are very dark for some unknown reason.
Room cleaning staff do an excellent job.
Roof top restaurant is vibrant with very good food.
The check in staff are friendly and professional.
Unfortunately the included morning breakfasts are simply horrible beyond the coffee.
But the location is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are nicely efficient, if small, and overall this is still an extremely good choice especially if you are seeing several Broadway shows.
I would recommend the Sanctuary overall.

We had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect. Room was excellent. Staff couldn’t have been nicer.
