Room spotless, we got an apartment on the top floor, glass walls facing own garden central patio, on third floor. One of the best views in fes. Better than many fancy restaurants in the area. Very central and conveniently quiet

Great staffs, great location! Super nice staffs, they do anything make guests feel comfortable. The location is right in the middle of the medina.

Delightful and helpful staff. Large rooms that are comfortable and nicely decorated. Rooftop terrace comfortable and beautiful view. We enjoyed breakfast daily. We had dinner at the Riad one night and it was very good.
We arranged several tours and transportation through the owner and were happy with the results.
My only caveat,: This property is a Riad and that means you should be ready to climb stairs.

This riad is beautiful. The interior is designed with taste. The whole place is very clean. The breakfast is good and tasty. One thing to improve are the bed and pillows, they were a little uncomfortable. One other thing that was confusing is the city tax, Expedia marked it as 100RAK but the riad charged me 140RAK and I couldn't pay with a credit card despite a credit card terminal sitting on the table, luckily I had some cash on hand.
