Window behind headboard so basically windowless. Totally dilapidated area. Absolutely outrageously overpriced restaurant (found great restaurant 10 minutes away). Terrible breakfast and out of things on menu. Would only honour late checkout for additional hourly rate even with VIP access. At best a two star place

Rooms were large but everything was pretty run down. Our safe didn’t even work, after fidgeting with it for a while with provided duct tape we made it work. We stayed in the presidential suite which the space was nice but everything older and tired. Breakfast in room was good and nice.

Overall I was not pleased. The "resort" was not luxury and did not give resort. Definitely falsely advertised. The pool was the size of a hot tub and not cohesive with the esthetic of the rooftop bar since the bar tables sat over the mini pool and there was no lounging area. The food was sub par. My first room was dirty and the foyer was flooded. I was moved to another room that felt like a fancy jail cell and was told it was an upgraded room because it had a jet tub. The general manager never got back to me about my complaints nor compensated me. The fridge was frozen over and I could not enjoy the beverages. The hotel was set off on an off-street and could be easily missed. However, I adored the front desk staff. Melendez and gustavo definitely made the stay worth it and were attentive and polite. The housekeeper naomi was attentive and personable. There was a kitchen staff I didn't get his name but made my morning amazing when he delivered the food and mimosa. I tried to look for another hotel but had no luck with availability. The hotel is in a central area and was convenient to most attractions west of the island. I would not recommend for long stays at the price I paid but definitely a one nighter. I would attach videos but they wouldn't upload to the computer from my phone.

The hotel was nice. Its was good to get fresh made breakfast instead of the usual buffets. The only thing i didnt like was the pool being upstairs with the restaurant/bar. Unless your comfortable with everyone looking at you. The staff was great. The hotel is close to a walmart if needed and not far from one of the beaches.

The place was dirty. There was hair in the sinks, likely from a beard. The A/C and TV in one room didn’t work forcing us to sleep on the couch. When this was told to the front desk staff, they didn’t care and started to talking to each other.

It's was wonderful and Romantic for my wife and the employees are very helpful and attention. The room It's was fantastic and have all supplies you needed it. Top roof the view it's beautiful at night and eat at restaurant and pool it's was nice.. But only suggestion it's parking area it's to small for some vehicles and the space for moving around and entrance or exits

Nice property, staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop bar/restaurant. The pool is much smaller than it looks in pictures and right in the middle of the restaurant so it’s awkward going at night.

At first glance it doesn’t seem like much. However, inside speaks volumes. Presidential suite was on point. The staff, Melendez and Paola are excellent and the roof top deck is beautiful. We will definitely be returning.

Room 202 the toilet over flow when they do dishes… jailene will make you feel like your at home..leti made my check in process so quick …Andrea &leti gave me all the dope spot to visit over all nice place you won’t be disappointed

Nice staff but the wifi was unreliable which meant that I had to use my personal hotspot for all of my business meetings and also meant that I couldn’t watch TV to wind down after a long day of work.

All the staff members, from the front desk to the Eter staff to the housekeepers, were incredible and very welcoming! Centrally located and never more than a 10 minute Uber from anything San Juan! Very nice experience!

This property is a great value! The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was nice in that there were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The huge perks were the made to order room service breakfast daily and the free shuttle to the beach with loungers and umbrellas!

I had an issue with one staff member telling that i can go to the rooftop lounge to have drinks, and another staff member on the rooftop telling me tgat i could not. However, I was stranded in Condado, and a manager, Edgardo, came to personally pick me up, which i very much appreciated. He is to be given high honors for his act of selflessness. That was beyond the call of duty, and that is what is conducive to having a great staff, which i found Gratitude in.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing, the property is not worth the value and the staff was friendly was great until they forgot our breakfast. They did bring the breakfast but the receptionist was angry that I did not take no for an answer. In other words, if you make a mistake, correct it without an attitude. Will not recommend

Was not at all what was advertised! Far from luxurious!!! Room was gross, bed was broken, and there was a homeless guy living on the bench right in front of entrance. Overall this place was horrendous,the only good thing was they knew it and refunded me without issue.

Bed bugs!! I and my wife had dozens of bed bug bites within 2 nights of stay. We complained and the hotel did nothing (no refunds). We checked out early and stayed at a marriott nearby. The locality and crowd around the hotel doesn’t feel safe either. Don’t waster your money here.

Nothing luxury about this hotel. Very run down. Our hotel room door would not shut or lock - very dangerous. Located right next to an incredibly loud club or bar with loud music throughout the night, so no sleep. Requests for sheets had to be made multiple times.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We were booked in the presidential suite but it was very rundown. Did not have enough towels for all of us. Telephone in room did not work as well as Internet. Also water in toilet in hallway bathroom continued to run. We stayed there for one night pre-cruise which was fine, but would not stay there for a longer time.

First I would like to start off with the staff they were great on all occasion and standards especially melendez ,leti, paola and the others the overall attentiveness of us was exceptional there was some issues with our room while we were away for the day and the staff handled it before we even knew there was an issue we all the way around loved this location and will be back to this hotel very soon once agaon thank you all from the Germans.

Very deceiving from what you see in the pictures. The parking spaces are so small that my rental car got hit. The "pool" is tiny and surrounded by the restaurant tables, so its very uncomfortable to try and use it. We had to use the bath everyday as the shower didn't run hot or even warm. However, the staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. When my car got hit, they called the police for me, filled out an accident report for me, and even send complimentary mimosas to us as an apology. Also huge shout out to Sandy and Keegan up at the bar, fantastic people and really made our experience there. For the price i paid, definitely not worth the stay. They state it is a "luxury" hotel, but it is most certainly not.

Absolutely loved this place! My boyfriend and I weren't too thrilled about our room at first and the staff were very accommodating, specifically Miguel. He literally showed us 4 other room options that he thought we might like and let us choose. We ended up with a major free upgrade and the room was gorgeous! Miguel was so generous, helpful, and a real genuine person. We also loved the complimentary breakfast delivered to our door every morning at the time we decide. Never experienced that before and it was a life saver! So glad we stayed with Ciqala Suites and will stay with them again if we ever go back to Puerto Rico.

The rooms were very dated...the tv didn't work in my room..the tube leaked in my friends room ...things need to be updated..i think they are more concerned about the rooptop restaurant than the actual hotel
